I had the grönsakslandet salad: a big bowl of quinoa, avocado, beet hummus, pickled carrots, broccoli, cucumber, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with the "orange" juice, a glass of fresh pressed carrot, ginger, strawberry, and apple.
