When I came after lunch Ron was there and looked at the manual transmission issue I was having with my son's car. Ron dug right in and as I waited, fixed the issue. I've never had this happen where someone actually took the time to look-see while I was there. I explained to him what issues I was experiencing with the transmission as I had lost the reverse gear,and I also had an oil leak possibly caused by a rear main seal. He gave me a ball park estimate,which was a bit more than the actual repair cost. The final cost to rebuild the transmission was cheaper than a full replacement, he gave me options ,and gave me recommendations about the best option. He called me daily with updates about the repair,and the repair was completed in 3 days. The amount of work he did,and the length of time he had it completely exceeded my expectations!
