He proved that multiple times over, notably the time he came first thing in the morning at 6 AM (I was working 3rd shift) to fix a gas leak on the kitchen stove. The dishwasher was broken, the apartment wasn't properly cleaned or painted, and several maintenance issues were left unresolved. Management has been consistently unresponsive. Any time you ask a question, the answer is always "we'll ask Jay" -- but Jay never replies or follows up. No one takes responsibility for anything. I was also told I'd receive a $300 rent discount if I renewed my lease. There was no clear deadline communicated, and when I signed just one day late (due to technical issues with their system), they refused to honor the discount -- even after I explained the situation. The train noise is constant and disruptive. I requested a transfer to a quieter or better apartment over five months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I was never offered anything reasonable. Other ongoing issues: Persistent weed smell in the hallways Frequent elevator breakdowns Only one maintenance person for the entire building, and he's rarely available I've been waiting 8 months for a parking spot -- still nothing It's clear the property is more focused on collecting rent than providing livable housing or decent customer service. Communication is poor, maintenance is slow, and you're left to fend for yourself when problems arise. I regret signing a lease here. Our project with DreamMaker involved remodeling our seriously out of date and undersized bathrooms…read morein our 32 year old home. We had allocated much of our budget to other priorities when we built our home, the bathrooms were near the bottom of our list. We were impressed with DreamMakers approach to remodeling from the very first visit to their showroom where we met our designer Nathan. What followed was a discussion of the scope of our project, a home visit or two by him, and his great design that took our primary bath from a three to a ten. Nathan's guidance and suggestions throughout the selections of fixtures and finishes proved invaluable. The hall bathroom that serves both visitors and doubles as a bath for two other bedrooms also received a makeover with new tile, vanity, fixtures, lightning, flooring, and its first source of natural light with the installation of an awning style window. Dan M. was our lead carpenter, highly skilled, a great communicator, and quite a traffic director who directed the other subcontractors. His knowledge of their needs, responsibilities, and timelines was quite impressive. The entire DreamMaker staff worked together to produce a dramatic change and value to our home, hit their targeted six week completion date within approximately one day, and earned our highest recommendation for a job (project) well done.

They are extremely rude and have terrible interpersonal skills. I wish my partners and I could rate them lower. AVOID these guys at all cost!!!
