When the guy got here I told him the area to sort of to start with and he found the problem and repaired it. I ask for him to take measurements of that section for possible replacement of that area if it gives me further problems. Measurements were taken and they would get back to me. All reasonable conversations. So a few weeks went by and two roofers showed up at my house saying they are going to take measurements of the entire roof for a estimate on replacement. I hadn't spoke with anyone at anytime about replacing the entire roof. So I called this company and reiterated that all that I wanted was a estimate for was the section may need replacement if I have any more problems. The response was okay I'll get it right over to you because I right the estimates up. Okay great. Several weeks later no estimate so I called looking for my estimate. Was told that the owner is sick and he rights up the estimates. Still no estimate. Waiting month number two!!! So I'm getting different answers from the same person. Jerome B.
