I have ordered collars and tags on Amazon and Etsy. And this is the best one ever. It's well made high quality collar with a strong clasp, and the tag is thick metal with deep engraving and looks beautiful and I know this will last much longer than the nine months, the other tags I buy last. People complaining about the envelope it was mailed in are ridiculous. It's not the company's fault that people are too dumb to look at what is in their mailbox. And the quality of the tags and the collars are phenomenal, the people complaining about the quality have no idea what they're talking about read more

Our pet's metal tag is very sturdy. The clarity of the engraving is excellent. Being able to engrave on both sides is fantastic. I will definitely buy from Go Tags again. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered an ID tag for my dog and was unable to track the shipment. Got an email saying it should have arrived 3 days ago. It didn't. Made an inquiry to the company and their response said to wait two more days. I did. No delivery. Contacted Go Tags again and was told, to re-order or they'd give me my money back. I'm not going to re-order from them if they can't get something as simple as a dog tag delivered. I'll go someplace else. read more

Ordered "Max's Tag" online and had no problem at all with the ordering and payment process. Sailed right through the site and within just a small matter of days it was in my mailbox. If I ever need to get tags again I won't hesitate to order from Gotags! read more

Got my dog tag in a thin envelope in my regular mailbox. The envelope was the size of a postcard but since I ordered the tag on Amazon, I was waiting for it to come in a small package. Would have been good to know because I almost threw it away as junk mail. It was much smaller, lighter and the lettering was PRINTED on the FLIMSY thin tag. Even the hooks were FLIMSY! Don't waste your money! read more

The tag came and got lost in our piles of unopened mail. I thought it was lost in the mail. I contacted Gotags and they immediately sent a second tag, no charge. Then of course I found the first tag, so had two! Great customer support for this unorganized dude! read more

Items ordered on 3/30/2025, through AMAZON, never came. I emailed the individual they said they mailed my order regular mail with no tracking number 14 days ago. We have informed delivery for our area and we see snap shots of all USPS mail and packages to our address. Not one enveolpe came mailed to our address from the company. I requested a refund after 15 days of no envelope with our order, from Amazon. read more

ordered a tag through Amazon was sent a shipping notice on August 29 and was supposed to have my tag between September 2 and September 5. The tag never came. They have no customer service phone number. Amazon cannot trace the package there is no tracking on my order and now the order says it should arrive between the sixth and 10 September I doubt seriously that I will receive my package if I could, I would give them zero stars. read more

Very pleased with our id tags for our cat Yoda. When I placed my order I mistaken the size and got a "dog" sized tag. I contacted the company and they remade my order and shipped it without charging us extra even though I made the mistake. I'm very pleased with them, they have excellent customer service and quality products. Highly recommend. read more

Ordered dog tags on 4/19/24 and they supposedly shipped on 4/30/24. I kept getting messages they are coming. And now today 5/3/24 NOTHING!! I emailed the seller and they told me to check my junk mail. Looked at their reviews and 4 other customers are having the same issue!! read more

This company has wonderful customer service. I had ordered the wrong sizes by accident and they gave me a full refund.

We purchased adog tag from this company about seven weeks ago. After normal wear and tear, and with no water touching the product, the entire text printed on the tag has completely warn off. I contacted the company and they said that they are no longer able to provide a refund and suggested I purchase a new tag from them. Really? A new tag from the same company when your old tags were a piece of junk? Wow... that's some nerve! For such a small business, and with the power of one's voice on the internet, I'm surprised they refused to provide any customer service. I can't justify recommending this company to any of my pet owner friends. read more

I ordered the mouse cat i.d. tag. It arrived just as shown in the photo and within a week. Basic engraving and at a terrific price. I would highly recommend Gotags for your pet identification tag needs! Gary K. read more

I got an unsolicited message from the owner explaining that the tags are laser engraved and only appear to be printed. That might be true but doesn't jive with the other review saying that the letters rubbed off. However, I can report that the one tag I received that was centered correctly is still holding up after 20 months. That's not exactly a ringing endorsement, but I thought I should give credit where credit is due. read more

Very poor quality tags!!! BEWARE!!!! Very thin metal, flimsy split rings to attached, over-priced!!! I purchased one order for my two dogs. One tag fell off within a couple of weeks due to the VERY poor quality split rings. The other tag had small cystrals which all came off within days. When I contacted their joke of a customer service via chat. They said sorry you are past the 60 day warrany-dont' know what else to say. Plus, there site provides false advertisements misleading consumers by saying: "Sale today, hurry end tomorow" and "on sale now." This is all bogus since it is not their sale price, however, their normal price since it hadn't changed in months on their site. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND! read more

For the price (2.99), the cat tags I bought from gotags.com are the best I could find. The text is printed on metal, but after a year+ I can still read them just fine. read more

This place is unbelievably bad so far. I ordered a dog collar for Christmas and they sent me someone else's collar. Then I get my order but the phone number is not right and it came too late for Christmas. Collar shrunk when it got wet. No big deal so far but then I noticed that the phone number was wrong! Basically I wasted time and money ordering from these guys. It remains to be seen if they bother to get me the right collar. I will update further. I have no way to go and review past order and may be the transposed numbers were my fault but I do doubt it. All in all don't expect to get what you ordered. Not the first time anyways. read more

GoTags has amazing material for the product being purchased and is engraved centered and unscratched when in mail. Even comes with a glow in the dark silencer for a little extra! Very updated than before. read more

I just received a gold metal dog bone shaped tag that I ordered from GotTags. What a cheap piece of junk! The metal is thin and arrived bent, instead of being engraved the letters and number are printed on top of the metal. They have a 60 day warranty and guarantee complete satisfaction, I doubt they will live up to that promise! I can almost scratch the letters off with my fingernail. They must not be too concerned about the purpose of their product which is to identify our animals to keep them safe.I was shocked. What a ripoff! read more
