But as soon as we drove off, she fell right asleep. That's a sign of a good dog boarding place - they keep them active all day long to minimize stress. It also happened to be our dog's birthday weekend, so they took a few photos of her with a birthday hat on. I know, kinda gay, but Coco HATES hats but in these pics, she actually looks like she's smiling. It's small touches like this that really show how much they care about creating a great experience for each dog staying with them. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, you can tell dogs are their life. Their only stipulation is that you have to have your dog's medical paperwork in order. Rates are very affordable, considering the remoteness of the place, yet the relative proximity to Chelan. If you're spending the weekend around Lake Chelan and you want your dog somewhere safe and secure nearby, try this place.

He is doing great, and we work with him daily utilizing the training & skills we learned at Gungho Dog Training. I cannot thank both of them enough. After Olivers first visit to Two Tails, where he didn't want to get out of the car, until today when I barely open the latch and he runs right to Anthony and doesn't look back! Makes leaving him easier, knowing he is comfortable and safe. Each time I pick Oliver up, whether it's from a two day or seven day boarding, he comes home after being well cared for and needs a couple of days of napping from all the fun he has with his friends. Two Tails is clean and well cared for and Olive has never contracted anything while in their care. Anthony is extremely dependable and trustworthy and follows vet instructions on all of Olivers medications during his stays. I utilize Two Tails at least twice per month and will continue recommending him to others looking for boarding of their family members!
