Plus they were done quickly. When my normal groomer couldn't fit my dog in, Petco Grooming stepped up. For a chain company I was more than impressed. I may have to make this a perminent switch.

The exercise area is a shaded huge yard with lots of grass and it even has a fire hydrant. Pick up and drop off were very profesionally handled and every question answered. I took his favorite brand of food and his dish and he was a pretty happy pooch when I picked him up. I was having surgery and the staff and owners were very understanding and helpful when my schedule needing to flex a bit. I recommend them and would trust them again unreservedly to take care of my buddy.

She assured us our cat would have air conditioning in the small outbuilding she used for cats (however it was shut off when we arrived but she promised to make sure it stayed on while they were there) as well as regular visits from the owner and cage cleanings. Looking around the yard, it was covered in dog feces and we both had a funny feeling but we stupidly ignored it. We returned after our trip to find our cat as well as their bedding, soaked in urine with feces all over the floor, the AC completely shut off in the sweltering heat. In additon, food and litter were scattered across the bottom of the kennel (obviously it hadnt been cleaned, likely at all during her stay) and a traumatized cat. She also charged us more than we were quoted.

Prices have continued to rise until a bath and cut for my 30 lb dog cost $115! I always schedule with the same groomer, Elaina, as she does an excellent job and I like the consistency for my pup. Recently I was leaving on a trip and my 89 year old mom requested a grooming first as it was needed. Elaina wasn't available so I scheduled with another groomer. That groomer called and canceled the appointment saying she couldn't work on another groomer's client. I explained the circumstances but she would not budge. I had to leave a dirty, shaggy pup with my mom. When I came home her hair was matted from being too long. She was scooting on the carpet with poop stuck to her long fur. And my pup was trying to chew her nails back herself! I've been a customer for 3.5 years. This was unacceptable. They put themselves before the needs of the pets.

She took care of our dog , and she was very, very good with him; loving, and a great doctor. She admistered a shot, gave him a de-worming treatment, and clipped his nails. That last part might not sound like much, but he's a huge dog with a terrible fear of nail clipping for some reason. (We adopted him, so we don't know the reason.) Dr Keppler and his staff are absolutely the best, my fur baby was attacked by a large dog that left…read moreher with lacerations and puncture wounds around her neck ( she's a small terrier mix ) I called the emergency vet number at 10 o'clock at night and was told it may be awhile due to many pet emergencies, Dr Keppler called me back in a short time and even though he and his staff were busy taking care of other ill babies he said bring her in we were there within 10 minutes was met by Rory his assistant ( who took minnie from me and took her inside ) after examining her Dr Keppler came out and explained what he found and what he thought was needed for Minnie long story short they kept her over night cleaned and fixed her wounds and took excellent care of her and let us know the next morning we could come and pick her up she is a little tattered and stitched up but will make a full recovery. Huge thanks to Dr Keppler, Rory and the other team members who treated my baby like their own

Although the veterinarian recommended this service…read more(after I asked if there was such a thing in Wenatchee), I had heard from others that this company does a good service. For my sweet kitty it was $130 (for separate cremation), but you get a discount if you pay in straight cash. I was surprised as I paid over $200 for another kitty in another state six years ago. What really tickled me was..... when you call, and they initially say, "Hello...." (and it's just a normal "hello" and the name of the business) and then you identify yourself as a client (cuz the vet shipped your pet over....) the owner "just switches" into this VERY RESPECTFUL mode of talking to you....... It was so darn obvious that it made me giggle even though I was crying over my departed pet. This makes me think that the owners are very respectful of your deceased pet and don't just treat them like bodies to throw around. I DON'T like to give five stars but because of the way the owner did the "switcheroo" of talking to you very respectfully when you identified yourself as an owner of one of the pets, well, I JUST HAD to give 5 stars for that!

Our Italian Greyhound, "Sophie", passed over the rainbow bridge on Tuesday. Cascade Veterinary had…read morediscovered cancer throughout her body. We looked for a service that would come to our home and anesthetize Sophie while we held her. We found Nicole Vega of Hummingbird Veterinary who came promptly. She answered all our questions and offered all of the other end-of-life services that might be required. After anesthetizing Sophie, she lined up a cremation service, source for an urn with inscription, and took Sophie with her to follow through on all those services. Dr. Vega was thorough and compassionate at every step of the process. She was thoughtful enough to create a clay medallion with Sophie's foot prints impressed in it (see pic). It turns out that Dr. Vega is well known and highly regarded in this area. She substitutes for other veterinarians when asked. We've decided to take advantage of the preventative care service she offers. Her philosophy of "an oz. of prevention is worth a lb. of cure" makes excellent sense in a time when other veterinarians are scheduling their services one to two months out. Her services to us were 5-Stars!

I feel very fortunate Dr. Vega was available for us - she was so organized, communicative, and professional from the first email communication until her departure from our home.
