(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ). A couple of young men came out, and cleaned out the gutters, which is also a service they offer, and then did the pressure washing work. When they were done, I went to check it out, and was to be honest, not impressed. The concrete was definitely lighter in color, but all the dark spots and stains were still there. My philosophy, when things like this happen is that, well, things like this happen. I called he company the next day, and spoke with Chris. He was shocked to hear about the job that the two guys had done the day before, and immediately said he would come out and take a look at things. He asked me to send him a couple of photos, which I did, and we made arrangements for someone to come back out. Turns out it was Chris himself. He did an unbelievably great job! Most of the areas in question look practically brand new again. And the areas that were really, really really bad look way way way better. I get that, for a variety of reasons, sometimes services rendered aren't all they could be. That has happened with me on the other end of things, in my line of work. When it does happen, and I am the consumer, I always reach out to the business and give them the opportunity to respond. Sometimes the response is not great. Here, though, it was outstanding. Chris scheduled me as soon as both of our calendars allowed, came out, and was here for hours and hours, and as I said before, did a really fantastic job. To me, that's super important. Things do go wrong from time to time, and what counts is how the company stands behind its work and makes things right. These guys nailed it! Who…read morestated the Owner (Robert) was in my area that day and would try and stop and complete an inspection that afternoon. Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.
