Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Pump probably runs every time it rains heavy now which only makes me smile. One time investment and a lifetime of peace of mind. As a homeowner there is always something that needs to be done. I have a crawlspace that connects…read moreto the basement. That space gets lot of moisture and insects come in. So bad that I can smell when it rains. I called a few places in search of someone that can spray foam to seal that area. I was getting a bad taste in my mouth from contractors. As soon as I called Camco, I knew they would be the ones. Very friendly. But most importantly, very patient and willing to explain the process. Work was done on a Saturday. I t was done fast without mess. Plastic was set down and the area was treated with care. This space was extra challenging because the only access is a tiny 12 x 20 portal 5 feet above the ground. It was a tight squeeze, but he got in and finished the job. It has rained twice since the foam install. I do not smell any moisture. That is a good sign. I will monitor and hope the fungus flies also breed in that area and the lack of moisure will kill what ever survived! I would recomend this business

They sealed all the high hats and breaches. They filled it with blown cellulose to R49. Which has settled now after a few months. Not the R49. They came back 5 times to redo items that were not properly done. The AC problem is not what we were hoping for. Better somewhat. They recommended a larger fan to exhaust bathroom moisture. Not resolved. We spent over 15g . Not really happy with the outcome. We will have to hire an engineering company to access whatever is necessary to fix this problem.

He thoroughly explained how they would be taking care of my crawl space and cantilever insulation issues. The project was done in one day just before thanksgiving of 2023. The work crew was terrific along with the project manager Mike. There was one small glitch and Mike came back with another worker and took care of my concerns. I can't say enough as far as how satisfied we are. I delayed on writing this post until after this recent very cold snap ( wind chills to below10 degrees )to be sure that my heating issues were abated. They know what they are doing and never cut corners at all. They also exceeded my expectations!
