I had the best experience using AAA Bonds services Agent - Mr. Edwin Soto. He answered my call…read moreafter midnight and right away begin working things out for my family member. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions, calls and text since this was my first time calling a Bail Bondsman. He also treated me like he sincerely cared about the situation and I appreciate that the most. I highly recommend him and AAA Bail Bonds Services.

This bail bondsman service suck I would not recommend then to anyone trying to get help. They were…read morepaid on a Thursday and the person I bailed out was released on Saturday afternoon.. after years of the person who was bonded out following all of AAA bails bondsman rules the person went to court and was cleared of charges. When that person tried to get the money for bail back they forced him to go get a deposition from the court house, which wasn't necessary at all, and then the bail bondsman company told the person he had to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get his money back, which no other bail bondsman place takes that long to give you your money back if you're released by the courts.. I wouldn't recommend anyone using their services if u want your money's worth. The women in the office have attitudes when trying to ask for help and they aren't punctual with their services either. Now here you have someone they are supposed to bail out on a Thursday but didn't get bailed out until Saturday after they've received the bail and now they don't want to give the money back in a timely manner. If u want good service and a place that will give you what's owed in a timely fashion don't go here no matter how desperate you are. This place is unprofessional and unacceptable. They are quick to take your money but they're turtles when it comes to giving it back. The reason why is because they are trying to collect extra interest off of your money. They have an extensive bank account. All they have to do is clear it with the courts in 7 to 10 business days and cut you a check. They workers are lazy they staff in the office is lazy and they give crappy service all while keeping your money hoping you skip bail and when you don't skip bail they take their time giving you your money back. And I've checked with other bondsman in the area and they all said it shouldn't take no more than 2 weeks to get your money back even the lawyer of the person bailed out said that they were doing shady business just by asking you to bring a deposition in order to release your money.. I would have given them negative stars but yelp doesn't allow that. My next step is to report them to the BBB. If you want your family member or friend bailed out in a timely manner or your money back in a timely manner I suggest you bypass AAA bail bondsman and go up the street on Atlantic Ave.

This is a beautiful hall....enough room to fit at least 150 ppl....I attend a sweet sixteen here last night and technically the party was suppose to start at 5pm and end at 11pm but my aunt reached the hall and supposedly there was a party before the sweet sixteen and a whole bunch of mess was left...mind you it was just a couple hours away from 5...but wait on top having to clean up somebody else mess ...the party was set back and the decorations was still not up yet... When my aunt finally got to finish cleaning and setting up her decorations it was not around 7:30-8pm .... Ook so party went on..this story gets better!!..now its 10:50ish and i guess some guy that works for the place not sure who is...(short old man ,accent perhaps ,gray hair hunch back) immediately start turning on all the lights and I hear him shout to my aunt the party is over ...YES HE SHOUTED!! ..now he proceeds to look around the place for aunt when he finally caught her attention he tells her "party is over and I want to go home"...my aunt is like wait but i paid for 7hrs...and only got 4 hrs at least let me have another hr and half....so yea we go back n turn off the lights and continue partying and he is in rage!! ...i guess he goes to the circuit and shuts off the power...he comes back up and just starts yelling away...."i said party is over and i want to leave hurry up and clean"...now literally everyone in the place wanted to beat the shit outta him but you know what business is business.Party is over now n we all get to the cleaning. But apparently this guy is going around asking for the 100$ deposit..yea right...that guy needs to be trained on how to take care of certain situations....ReTRAINED HIM PLEASE....I worked in a catering hall and we came upon many situations like this or maybe worst...and the managers and myself knew how to handle scenarios like this ....He was beyond rude!!!!...I understand that you wanted to go home but the way he went about the situation was unbelievable WR0NG!!!!! Bad customer service!!! Before you book this place make sure you check in with them to see of the hall is clean so you wont have to be cleaning up people mess!!!! And talk to the manager to have a understanding if your party is gonna be set back time wise!!! Or else u will come across that rude old man!!!
