I clearly explained the work when scheduling, and their own website specifically states they perform remodeling work. I even asked them to provide a rough estimate ahead of time and they never did. At 7:40 a.m.--roughly an hour and twenty minutes before they were supposed to arrive--I received a call saying they weren't coming because they "don't do remodel work" and that the person who scheduled me should never have taken the call. That excuse is difficult to take seriously. They had the scope of work and my appointment for several days, and their own website advertises remodeling. If they couldn't do the work, they had plenty of time to tell me instead of canceling barely an hour before arrival. They referred me to the caller's son's plumbing company, who I immediately texted and never heard back from until 2:30 pm. With my shower installation scheduled for the next day, I was left scrambling to find a plumber at the last minute and had no reasonable opportunity to compare pricing. A scheduling mistake is understandable. Waiting until the morning of a confirmed appointment to cancel with an explanation that contradicts your own website is not. Completely unprofessional. If you have time-sensitive work, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

One I tried and couldn't figure out and the other I had zero clue. I called and requested the service, I was called back within an hour, had a great conversation with Melanie who advised me to send pictures to Nick the plumber. Nick called me, listened to me explain the issue, I answered a few questions and he explained what I needed to do. Took me all of 5 min for one issue and the other should take about 10 min. This is extremely helpful, because I did nothing special, I just had no clue what to do, but instead of charging me a service fee and spending 15 min at my home (like previous companies have done in the past), Nick saved me money and time, in turn freeing him or someone else there up to help other customers that truly need a plumber. Later in the day, after the contractor had left, I…read morewas taking my recycle bin out to the street for pickup and saw where some water or other fluid was dumped in the gravel of the landscaping we just had done a few months ago. I don't know what chemicals etc. are in the water that was dumped but the fluid was dumped right next to fairly new plants and left an unsightly hole in the gravel. Further, I don't know what if any harm may be done to the new plants. I have ZERO tolerance for contractors who act disrespectfully towards the property where they're working. The place where the water was dumped was just a couple of feet from the driveway. If the water was dumped in the driveway, it would run down to the curb and follow the slope of the street as drainage and NOT risk any harm being done to our new plants. If we notice any adverse changes to our plants, there will be some follow-on activity with P&L. Just careless. I have to admit that I am skeptical of any company that provides "virtual quotes" without seeing the work site for themselves. But they requested a couple of pictures of old water heater installation to assess the job, provided a quote "sight unseen", and did the work with no extra cost added (always a concern with virtual quotes). They were the cheapest of the 3 bids that I got. No long-winded sales pitch that I should install a $5K tankless unit. The tech provided instructions on the annual flushing process. I'm satisfied. I'm hoping that at last I have a go-to plumber.
