Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn't leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. I actually feel comfortable leaving them to complete the work and lock up without me being home. It is a family run business and their ethics are above reproach. I have used them to install new plumbing, new water filters, replace outside valves and anti-siphon, install new toilets and bidets along with a reverse osmosis system. We have never had any problems but I have no doubt if we did have a problem they would be here immediately to correct the situation. I highly recommend them if you have ANY plumbing issues as they are trustworthy, honest and fair in pricing. You may find cheaper but buyer beware!

They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete. Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.
