We didn't realize you have to pay $10 to play in the jungle gym area. We did not, oops -- it was pretty much free for all with no attendants to check wristbands that I could see. Parents are the best responsible parties in this game! Bathroom stalls are fairly clean, with a baby station. The wash receptacle area a little cramped and well...public bathroom like. Staff is nice and looks to be working well together. The "safety patrol" is here and there. I haven't looked in to a party, but the hostess of the party was satisfied. They have about 4 party rooms, maybe more. Tip toe and tango your way around once they start filling up with kids and adults. They do typical nostalgic songs/activities on the rink floor, there are training carts for those who are beginning. Music is a good top 100 bit. Food was standard concession stand grade, but no free refills. All in all, including food and play, bundled deals are obviously the way to go. Four stars because it is in a safe area, yes, there could be improvements, but if you've got your wallet packed, and actually skate - you can have a fun time.

The main roller rink is well cooled so thats where you want to be. You want to be out there watching all the folks skating. Avoid the snack bar, I had tombstone pizza that was much better. The arcade was a complete joke. Two ski ball machines that were broken and OFF ROAD Thunder, at least pac man would have been retro cool. I went to the Noon Year's Eve event they held yesterday and had a blast! I brought my younger…read moresiblings and we were unsure how many people would be there but it was a great turnout. We were there for 4 hours and there was a steady flow of people of all ages the whole time. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. There was also a DJ that got there around 5 and he was great too! He was willing to play songs that we suggested even though he had his own mix to play. They also played tag a few times and a couple of employees hopped into the game too, it was great! The staff were also very interactive with the kids. While skating, I noticed that it looked like a piece of the skate was missing and when showing it to an employee he immediately had me take them off and provided me with a new pair--no questions asked. The facility was clean and well organized, it included a skate rink, arcade, jungle gym, food, and laser tag-- I will definitely return. Just a heads up, you have to pay admission and show rental separately, but they have a lot of events and deals. For me and my siblings, it totaled to about $44.

The offerings are very similar to the Starlite in McDonough and it's a good quality experience for the price. My children had lots of fun both skating and climbing in the jungle gym. I appreciated that the other customers were so friendly. The older children were looking out for the younger ones, despite being strangers. The skating rink manager was not very apologetic about it at all and did not seem concerned. However, I did speak to the assistant general manager ( Tia) but nothing was resolved. So we took our campers back to the center. They have lost a customer who has patronizing this establishment for years. We won't be coming back.
