My husband and I purchased a 200-year old house with a lot of problems a little over a year ago, and we have been tackling multiple issues and deficiencies ever since. Grounded I.G. has confidently and compassionately addressed everything we've done so far, (starting with the demo and redo of our crazy daisy-chained extension cord museum of a garage) while also clearly communicating what they needed to do and why. They absolutely saved the day when we discovered mere weeks before a wedding reception at our house that the kitchen appliances we were replacing were not "plug and play" because nothing was on its own circuit as required by code. They calmly and gracefully handled this challenging surprise and quickly came up with a workable plan to install new circuits. They also cleaned up after themselves after each day's endeavors. While we still have several projects ahead of us, Cody, Richie, and Justin have helped us to feel safer in our new old home, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone! They are not only competent, but they respond very quickly and are genuinely nice people!

His knowledge of the system and the time he takes to explain how everything works have always been helpful and informative. During this most recent visit, he completed the annual service and also reinstalled the line-set casings after we had removed them while residing our house. It was a tedious job, and I was so relieved to have it done professionally. To make things even better, Bill was willing to come out on a Saturday to fit me into his schedule and didn't charge me for the overtime. When one of the heat pumps unexpectedly stopped working, he spent hours troubleshooting the issue instead of rushing through the appointment. He even returned on Sunday morning to continue working until everything was resolved. Bill's dedication to his customers is exceptional.
