I had to find a local repair shop after jamming the front driver side of my car into the garage door. Bonehead move ;/ I checked Yelp and had my eye set on a different shop since I'm not much a fan of the Gosch auto dealers. My insurance recommended Gosch, and another spot in town, for the repair and I chose Gosch based on their reviews. I'm really glad I did. My only complaint is that Gosch is kind of difficult to get into. The lady at the front runs a tight ship with regards to appointments and whatnot, and that can actually become frustrating. The flip side is that having an appointment ensured that I met with my advisor on time and she was solely focused on my repair. My advisor, Kayla, was prompt, knowledgable, personable, and completely on the ball. She worked with us and our insurance to get OEM parts. Her communication with me regarding the status of my car was top notch. My car was ready a day or so after the original estimated time, but she explained everything that was happening as the repair went along so I understood the minor delay. She did everything right and my new bumper and fender are fantastic. read more

Fernando is the BEST! I've had to bring my vehicles here a few times for repairs and have never been disappointed. This past collision was a little worrisome for me, as I hit a curb, and caused my own suspension to break apart. Not only did my own insurance (e-something) want to screw me and only pay half the damage, but the deductible was higher than I thought I originally had. He not only fixed the left side, but made the recommendation to fix the right side also, as when my vehicle hit the pavement, both sides were likely damaged too. Long story short, he got the entire repair done earlier than expected, got my tow from my residence to their shop, and my deductible went to what I thought it was originally lower, so I only paid half. He squared away, what the insurance adjuster wanted to screw me over with. I'll keep bringing my vehicles here for sure, and the work was outstanding. I initially visited Gosch Collision Temecula due to the excellent reviews. I was looking forward to having such a great business work on my car. However..... 1. They were supposed​ to fix a minor-rear end damage after a car collided into me at a red light. The bumper had minor damage and there was a small area of the interior trunk that bent inward.They returned my car with the new bumper shifted completely off-center by at least​ half an inch and it was hanging off on the side without it being fully attached. I took it in immediately (back at the beginning of February 2018) after I noticed how bad of a job was done on my car. The manager took pictures of the car and assured me that he would be contacting me to have it taken care of. It is now April 2018 and I have yet to hear back from them. 2. They took more than ONE ENTIRE MONTH to return my car to me even when they did such a poor job. See #1. 3. I drove in to pick up my car on the date that it was scheduled for pick up. Upon arrival, they seemed confused and told me my car was not ready because the paint did not match my white Camry. Nobody bothered calling me to inform me my car was not going to be available on that day, which I find very unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied​ with the communication​ and service of this business. I was expecting a top-notch quality service. Yet, I am still pending a phone call from the manager so that I get my bumper placed properly, which should have been done two months ago. read more

If i could give them zero stars, i would. My experience began with having to call after my vehicle had been towed to the collision center and sat there for two days. My representative, Tommy, told me I would get an email with paperwork that I needed to sign. After 5 hours no e-mail I drove to the collision center and asked to sign the papers in person. At this point Tommy went over the damages and assured me my vehicle would be ready within the 30 days that my insurance covered the rental. A week later, my insurance company still had not received the estimate. I called Tommy and left several messages. Tommy did not return my calls. I finally got a hold of Tommy. As coincidence would have it my vehicle was on the rack being inspected. I reached out to Tommy a few days later, at this point two weeks into the process, asking for the estimate . Again Tommy did not return my phone calls. Again i drove down to speak to Tommy in person. He promised to email the estimate that day. He even pulled out his personal cell phone and stated he was looking at my file and it was almost ready. Really? Finally got the estimate, and started calling for an update as the 30 days for my rental was coming to an end. Once again my calls went unanswered. Again, I drove to the center to speak to Tommy in person. Tommy told me no problem it will be ready in 4 days. Fast forward 4 days later not a word from Tommy. I called and left messages zero returned phone calls. Finally a few days later I speak to Tommy. My car hadn't been worked on but will be ready in a week, and he will ask his boss if my rental car can be paid by the collision center, and will call me back. For the first time, Tommy actually did call me back. The collision center will pay for the rental and my vehicle will be ready the following week. The following week comes and goes, and once again Tommy did not return my calls. I reached out to Tommy's supervisor Pablo. Pablo left a message the following day. I drove to the collision center again and asked to speak with Pablo. I was asked if he was expecting me and what this was about. The lady went to the back and came out to tell me i would have to wait. A while later a man walks out of the back and asks if everyone has been helped, I look at the name badge and it's Pablo. I informed him that I was waiting to speak to him. He asks the lady at the desk in Spanish, why was i here and what was it about. She responded in Spanish to complain about Tommy. English is not my first language, but that was extremely unprofessional, especially for a supervisor. Anyway he proceeds to tell me he has not read my file and doesn't know what's going on, but will text me with an update by the end of business. The update the vehicle will be another week, ooh and what am I doing with the rental car, apparently they called and asked how long I would have the car. I responded that Tommy stated my rental was being paid by the collision center. The entire process was unprofessional. I finally got my car back and the gas cap had been broken. It took several texts to get it 20 days later. The Temecula collision center has poor customer service and zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend the Temecula facility, and if you get Tommy, good luck to you . read more

My truck was in this shop for almost a month and a half. It was only body damage, nothing mechanical. Randy kept telling me it would be done one day, but it kept getting pushed back. I understand that they don't control many things like receiving parts, however it was just very unprofessional. It was finally finished about 3 weeks after he initially thought. When I first saw my truck my antenna was missing. Randy immediately responded by saying it didn't have one to begin with. False. He eventually found it. There were several scratches on my hood. The rubber coating around the windows had been mostly rubbed off. The tint on my rear window had a huge scratch going across it. But, the worst was my steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle to the left. My alignment was not even checked. I didn't notice the alignment until I had returned my rental car and got on the highway. They were already closed by that time. He eventually called me back and said he got manager approval to fix the alignment. But Its too much of a hassle to bring it back there. My truck is old so they just didn't seem to care about it. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionists that I spoke to were very polite and professional. I think one of the lady's name was Paige. Anyway, wouldn't recommend them. Not professional/don't care. read more

Don't come to this place and if you still decide to go with them, don't get assigned with Kayla! She's. dry unreasonable. They did the classic case of Bait and Switch. I brought my luxury mercedes and we had agreed to fix the dent and scratch along with the 1cm scratch on the bumper as a courtesy. When we came to pick up my car, the 1cm scratch in the back wasn't able to get fixed because they had "run out of paint" After calling and addressing the issue with Kayla towards the lack of not coming through with what was originally discussed, she didn't bother coming up with a solution. Her solution was "if you get any collision damage in the future, bring it in and then we will fix it" A company that doesn't come through with their word is a company that i don't ever plan to support. They are sloppy with cutting corners and come up with lame excuses as " we ran out of paint" to try to rationalize their laziness. I will be fair in the sense of the work that was done on the car did come out good but their lack coming through on their end of the bargain is very disappointing, despite the 1cm scratch being very minimal. It depicts the principal of Gosch Collison as inattentive and careless. I went with this company based on the great reviews on yelp, however these reviews dont clearly resemble this company. read more

Don't have these people fix your car! They'll lie and cheat you. We took our car here because it was in an accident January 19, not our fault, it was parked, and the insurance company was paying for the repairs. We called ford multiple times to ask when it would be done and we'd either get voicemail or get told by the end of the week. We went in on the day our insurance stopped paying for the rental hoping our car would be done and that was 34 days after they've had our car when originally it was a 10 day estimate. And they told us it would be done by the end of the week so we paid for the rest of that week for the rental car. And at the end of the week it wasn't done. So we called again and talked to the manager and they said they would pay for the rental until it was done and when we asked when it would be done they said 2 weeks and they'd call if it was finished sooner. I didn't get a call until March 14th afternoon from Randy saying our car has been done since the 5th and they stopped payment on the rental car on the 7th so we'd have to pay. WHAT! We had to pay for a whole week for the rental car. Not once did they call! Enterprise did not call! Nobody called at all. No call. No text. No email. Nothing. And now on the 14th they call and say it's been done. We went in and talked to them and they gave us the run around saying it's enterprises fault and enterprise said it's there fault blah blah blah. The receptionist was the one that "called". Didn't get any of the 5 calls/voicemails they said they left. When we went in to pick up the car on the 15th we talked to the manager and he was saying he'd handle it for us and call us when he gets their phone records I asked for and when he talks to the guy from enterprise. And he still hasn't called back. And on another note after we got our car back it's already falling apart. They broke some pieces from clips and thought they could glue it back on and half of the bumper is coming off. And multiple other things are already coming off or breaking. Took my car in to get repaired and was glad/surprised they were giving me my car back on time since there's so many bad reviews from them saying they never get their cars back on the date they say they would. Kayla also called me to communicate the status of my car almost every day, despite not hearing back from me (I've been so busy with finals) so that was much appreciated. When it was the day of to pick up my car (May 24) I called and told her I would be running late and wouldn't get there until past closing, but she assured me I would still be able to get my car, as long as I called before 5 PM again to let them know how late I was running. When I got there, I was so excited to have my car back and felt bad that I kept the employees there late that I didn't even bother checking my entire car, especially since the damage was only on my front fender on the passenger side BUT when I was halfway home, I noticed a crack in the bottom right hand corner of my windshield! I wanted to turn back but I knew everyone had probably gone home so I didn't bother going back. I called them on Tuesday since they were closed for Memorial Day and they told me Kayla was odd but to come back so they could take a look. Went over, they took pictures and assured me Kayla would call me the next day (05/29) around 8-9AM, didn't receive one so I called them instead, they said that Kayla was doing rounds and would call me soon. Never heard from her or anyone for that matter, it's now day 2 and haven't receive any calls from them. Calling them first thing tomorrow, hopefully I get to speak to someone read more

Horrible experience! Refused to do the repairs on my car after I had it towed there. Randy cussed at me on the phone . Half way done estimate that took two days for them to submit to the insurance . Wasted my time and treated me as if they could care less about me or my business . I was in a wreck and took my car here and it was fixed w no problem and guaranteed the work. I was rear ended AGAIN! A week later . Took it to the same place and was told they wouldn't do the repairs because the damage was too extensive. The estimate was not even close to the actually damage . I was stuck towing the car away too a different collision center. I wouldn't tell anyone to ever do business here . Garbage customer service !!!!! Randy is unprofessional and an unhappy person . My insurance company referred me to Gosch. I have a 2015 Toyota Prius, someone backed into my rear bumper creasing the plastic bumper cover. All the staff were polite. When I inspected the repair I noticed they left a couple of air bubbles in one of the decals. It was not a professional finish. Within 3 months one side of the bumper cover started to loosen up. A Gosch technician fixed it without any hassle, I didn't have to wait. Unfortunately the same seam is starting to loosen up again. I need to take it back again. I know they will fix it, I'm wondering why it keeps coming lose, it's a low tech repair. read more

Well if you need you car fixed after an accident. You really need to come see Vic Salerno. This guy's been doing body work for half a century. I know he is the manager and really doesn't do the work himself but no matter. The people he brings on board are picked and mentored by him. He doesn't put up with crappy work. He work ethic is amazing, he likes to see the look on a customer after they see their car for the first time sense the accident. His team worked on my truck recently after some idiot backed into it.
