The receptionist literally told me that we mishandled the product and should have read our receipt. I explained to her that this was our first ever delivery and that a simple statement referring me to read the fine print on the receipt for special handling instructions would have prevented this mishap. Her response: "We don't have time to tell every customer that". What?! You have time to take my order, take my money, and take specific instructions on where to drop the load, but you cant tell me how to prevent mishandling or refer me to review the receipt? What a joke. Clearly Kreider Mulch is only interested in an order, not customer service. We certainly will not be recommending them or returning for repeat inferior service.

She also tried to find ways to save us money using different configurations of the slab, which was very nice. Once installed, one of the corners of the countertop didn't fit exactly how we wanted in the kitchen, so Lesher came back and fixed the corner for us. Highly recommended!
