Unfortunately, the owner of the stone place where he got them from, admitted to me that he was told to pick out a replacement and send them to our house. Order took over 4 weeks to fulfill and deliver. Yet ordered 2 large medicine cabinets from Ferguson Inc. direct and received them via FedEx within 2 days. Toto toilet was on backorder 2 months so I finally cancelled that item as construction had begun and my plumber needed a toilet to install. Ferguson Naples set up delivery of 1 item and the pickup of 2 of 3 items attached to the toilet. Ferguson delivery never showed and my calls to inquire "why" were Not returned. ..meanwhile I'm chasing after a $900+ refund from Ferguson Naples Showroom. Be forwarned. If I HAD an extra 6" I would have used it in the first place. Then after they change the order, they say I have to PAY them to redesign it to what I asked for in the first place?
