Kellie is quick and will come out to you to inspect the Intoxalock device and help you out asap she helped me when I was stalled with the device not working she came to me right away and helped bring me a new one. I just got my interlock installed by this company Saturday and yesterday the device is not syncing. It took over a day for any kind of response and then they wanted to charge me 120 for a mobile fee to fix the device they just put in. There communication is the worst and take days to respond. Although they put in a faulty device they still want to charge a high fee for the mobile option with no consideration that I sent 350 on Saturday for the installation. Intoxalock just got a interlock system installed in my car By this company. I have had interlock systems in my vehicles before but this has to be the worst. First there customer service sucks then if something goes wrong you take it to one of there locations like car toys then you pay for for the repair and they reimburse you by giving credit to your account not your money back. The definition if ineptitude and inefficiency. And to be honest, the only location I've been to that even remotely has a clue is the 73rd and Washington shop. After being completely blown off for an appointment(I found out later was never booked) waiting for over 90 minutes and having to leave for work, I reserved another spot the next day in Englewood. Guess what? Arrive at my 1:30 appointment and the shop is CLOSED. Call the "receptionist" and she informs me they must have left early..... Hours posted were 10-4. Call back and have her set me an appointment in Lakewood for 2pm. She assures me she'll call and inform them of my arrival. Get here at 2, no appointment scheduled and the tech is just starting an install on another vehicle. Let's not try and multitask and download my info while you're working..... And now just informed that after three years of being a client with these hacks they can't find me on the system......... Finally done and outta here(at 2:45)and they have the audacity to charge me a $50 missed appointment fee after coming to my THIRD one before getting any service. No apologies and no fucks were given. People who willfully make an already unfortunate and uncomfortable situation markedly WORSE need to learn a little empathy and humanity. Customer service on the level of a crack house. This is my second time coming here. First time at this location I was told by the woman working that she was going on lunch and that they moved my appointment to a different location. Fault and blame put on both the location and the company. Now second time here with an appointment at 1:30 the technician leaves the building and doors are locked. I had been sitting outside since 1 pm and thought I would be good to leave my car right before app to come in. No one was in the back where you normally enter so I went to the front. Which was locked. When I came around to the back the doors were closed and the tech was leaving. She has since returned and tried telling me she left at 1:45. There is no way. When I texted my boyfriend that she was gone at 1:39. And I had called intoxalock about it at 1:28. This place is a wreck and I hope this woman gets fired. I will be calling intoxalock back and complaining about her service. It's now a half hour after my appointment and she is taking care of another customer that didn't even have an appointment.
