Another update :( I've been going to Bending Wrenches for oil changes for the past couple of years…read moreand recently found out that tire rotation isn't included as part of their standard service. It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

I had a very good experience with this place. I had an electrical problem that another mechanic…read morethat I have known for years (and I know is competent), did not find. I was worried that I may have to junk the car. I took it to these guys, and they found the problem on the same morning that they started work. I had one other experience here when I walked in with a friend that was having issues. We had a conversation with the owner who, instead of telling us it was an emergency, and we had to get it fixed right away, said that the work was not urgent and my friend could still use the car for quite a while before it would eventually need to be repaired. I don't know what else you can expect from a mechanic.

I called Autosport Werks to verify their diagnostic pricing while comparing quotes from a few…read moreshops. Blaine answered the phone. From the start, he wasn't particularly friendly or helpful--seemed rushed, borderline annoyed, and kept pushing me to just bring the car in without answering basic questions about the part cost. After we hung up, I realized I wasn't sure if he said the diagnostic was $240 or $299, so I called back to clarify. This time, Blaine told me it was $240 for "about an hour." That felt vague, so I repeated it back to confirm--"So it's $240 for a little less than an hour?"--and suddenly his tone shifted. He got defensive and snapped, "I didn't say that, I don't know what you're trying to get at here." Instead of clarifying like any decent service advisor would, he made the conversation more tense than it needed to be. Eventually he confirmed, again, that it was $240 just to look at the vehicle--but the whole exchange left me confused and frustrated. What really stood out was the lack of professionalism. On the first call, he even started talking to another customer in person before our call had finished, like he couldn't be bothered to fully engage with my questions. I get that shops are busy, but that doesn't excuse poor communication or short-tempered responses. I had considered bringing my vehicle in, but after two calls with the same advisor and that kind of attitude, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you're expecting a professional, clear, and respectful experience, you may want to think twice

We have had two cars serviced at Autosport Werks. With our first car, a Mini Cooper, we had no…read moreissues. With our second car, a Jaguar E-Pace, we still had some repair concerns after servicing. We are rating them 5 stars because as soon as they were made aware that we had additional repair concerns, Curtis (the manager) immediately reached out to us to discuss our concerns and get our car back in for additional inspection. They took care of everything and kept us informed the entire time on their process. They completed all the additional repairs in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. We were so impressed with their follow up with us and the steps they kept to continue to earn our business. We will continue to bring all three of our European cars there for service.

Fair Manager, But Corporate Pricing and Communication Were Disappointing…read more I brought my 2018 F-150 to this Firestone for a misfire and some basic maintenance. The technician and manager were polite, and the manager genuinely tried to help -- he removed the diagnostic fee and gave me another $50 off when I questioned the pricing. I don't blame him personally; he was working within the constraints of a corporate system. However, the overall experience made it clear that Firestone's corporate pricing and processes are simply not in line with what I consider reasonable. They charged $35 per spark plug for OEM plugs that typically cost around $10-15 each. The ignition coil was also significantly marked up compared to retail prices. Even after the manager applied discounts, the total was still over $600 for spark plugs, one coil, and an oil change. I also asked them to replace the coil boots while doing the spark plugs. They didn't do it and didn't let me know they weren't doing it. I only found out afterward. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to be notified, especially when the job requires taking everything apart anyway. The diagnostic process felt inconsistent as well -- at one point, I had to clarify the direction of the misfire diagnosis and ask them to test it under proper load conditions. While they did fix the misfire, the path to get there didn't inspire much confidence. Ultimately, while the manager was respectful and did what he could, the combination of inflated corporate pricing, incomplete communication, and the need for me to guide parts of the process makes it hard for me to recommend this location. I won't be returning, but I appreciate the manager's effort to help within the limits he had.
