Friendly and helpful staff. But the two employees at the checkout were not wearing mask.

My husband just got back from LOWES (in Owensboro) The young…read moreman cleaning the carts (to sanitize them)was Not wearing a mask. When asked where his mask was he pointed to his pocket and kept wiping down the carts. My husband spoke to the service desk. Nothing was done. When my husband came back out of the store the person was still "cleaning" the carts without a masks. So we Know the carts at Lowes aren't clean and mandates are being ignored. It is bad enough that they don't have their employees follow state rules but to have that person be maskless for a sanitizing job is inexcusable. Lowes is not on board.

We have been trying to order blinds for about five months now. First off, they hardly had any of…read morethe options from the sample book they had. The first girl didn't want to talk to us because she was just about to go to lunch, we were left high and dry. Finally got a hold of someone via email. They had to come out and measure twice because they put in the work order wrong. We got a call a few weeks later from the installers asking if our blinds were in. We had nothing. Most of them were shipped to the store. Turns out something happened to two of them. Once the last two came in, they came and installed them, but one was damaged and the other was made wrong. Turns out one of the first ones was also wrong. He took pictures and had told us Lowe's would get back with us. Wrong. We went in and asked what was going on. After finding someone in the store to help us, he had informed us that if we would have ordered them in the store, they wouldn't have been wrong. So we spent a good hour explaining what was wrong. Well, Cody got one out of three right when the replacements came in, shipped to our house this time. The original ones were not ordered wrong, they were just made wrong. All he had to do was reorder the same thing. The install company called and we said not to come out. Went back into the store and talked to a manager. Tim explained that no one knew of this issue and that they take a hit when stuff like this happen, but he wouldnt put any credibility on anyone. Actually said that all of his departments have the same problem. They were to be ordered the next morning. We called them the next afternoon and they hadn't ordered them and they stated they didn't like our attitude. Well Tim, when you order thousands of dollars worth of blinds that take over 5 months and many missed days of work for them to be ordered wrong after your employee arrogantly said that he wouldn't mess it up, we had to show our frustration, because your system isn't working. It's 11:30 pm now and we haven't gotten a confirmation email like we have gotten like the last two times so we are assuming they haven't been ordered. I was a die hard Lowe's guy but after this, I'm never going back and letting everyone else know the experience we have had.
