I have had some issues with the card being charged twice and then refunded the extra charge. I also had an issue with the installer for the dishwasher bringing and installing the wrong dishwasher while I was not home and my wife was here. I didn't realize it until I got home. However, once I called customer service, they immediately fixed the problem and said that we could use the dishwasher that was installed that was a different brand, until we received the correct one the following week. However this was on the installation company and not a Lowe's representative. The installation company also took TEN days to install the dishwasher, which I felt was a long time! The delivery personnel that I met were very nice and respectful and the customer service were extremely nice and corrected the issue that we had. The overall value was pretty good considering everything that I bought. They also offer military discount which is something that more places should do. Especially when you are spending large amounts of money on appliances and projects. We will definitely still be using again despite the problems that we have encountered.

Chuck and Leslie are so nice, they're always willing to help me get what I need. Cant say how many times they think of something about the job that I forgot. They saved me a lot of trips and a lot of gas money!!! Hardest working people I ever met and you can tell they really care about the town too.
