My dentist appointment was way overdue and I'm so glad that I was able to find Dr. Palola on Yelp…read moreand that they were accepting new patients. I had called other places, left messages, and not heard back. Which made me put off seeing the dentist even more. But the customer service here is top tier. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Palola's office in Waipio is located on the second floor, near the Waipio Costco next to the Starbucks. The office is clean and actually kinda stylish. I like the archways in the office and I was given a brief tour when I came in, which I liked because knowing my surroundings helps put me at ease. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, they had a comfort menu with everything from blankets to a t.v. screen with Netflix. I only wish that I didn't procrastinate and made an appointment to see Dr. Palola sooner.

I rarely review my experiences however it's so different regarding getting your teeth cared for…read morethan I remember when I was growing up or even as a young adult, today finding someone who really cares about you and what you're going through is almost impossible. I have been having some issues with finding a temporary solution to help me get through this phase before I get my implants done and then I met with Dr. Fukuda she took the time to explain and tell me what she can do to give me the temporary solution and saved me from spending more than I needed to, all I wanted was my smile back so I can face the world and join the land of the living. I want to say to anyone that is having a difficult time finding a great dentist look no further Dr. Fukuda is awesome I have always been afraid of the dentist but anyone who can stab you with a needle for numbing and you cannot feel any pain deserves to be given dentist of the year award and if thy don't have such a thing thy should create one !!!

I'm very pleased with the visionary, top quality, professionalism, and higher level of dental care…read morethat I currently require from day one till present. Dr. Blake and his team also takes into consideration patients' complete medical and dental history. For example, using composite resin instead of silver amalgam for fillings to achieve top quality results while factoring in allergies. Highly recommended switching to Biotene products to relieve dry mouth which I didn't know I had and has been a daily lifesaver. Seeing the same level of dental care that my son received, business hours, closer commute via home, and work prompted an urgency to switch dentist. My only regret was not switching earlier. One of my friends also switched dental care to this office after reading the first review regarding my son's visits. I didn't find out till my dentist informed me and thanked me for the referral. Later, she informed me too. I'm equally happy!

There is a "Ululani's" shave Ice shop right down stairs that I personally had stopped for a Keiki cup which I made the mistake of letting my wife know I stopped in. Wrong move...but my tummy and sweet tooth was delighted. Pineapple / Coconut, haupia ice cream, haupia cream topping. I'm not telling Doc Blake who I am......LOL

Having had only positive experiences with them have helped me feel more calm about going to my appointments. I highly recommend this Dental & Orthodontic team.

I will preface that I retired from the medical community after 20 years of service. I'm disappointed to see that patient care and customer service are not a priority in this office. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. I had to take 4 hours off to come to my dental appointment and to put it in perspective my wage for 4 hours is $160. First off, I did not receive an appointment reminder. I looked on the website an hour and a half before my appointment time to confirm my own appointment because the website lists they are closed on Friday's. Receptionist states they were open and I let her know that the website says differently. Secondly, I arrive at the dentist office "on time." Finally, Surprise. Surprise. Door locked. I called the office --once again -- because I did not realize there are two locations in Waipahu. It would be nice if there was a note on the door or the appointment clerk directed new patients to the correct office in advance. I will not be using this office for my families dental care needs.
