From the beginning you find a place to park and you walk to the seating area which is very welcoming with the trees and the lights. But let's get the point, the food, as you get closer to the food truck you see the menu and mostly there's a person who takes your order who is very kind and helpful in guiding you on your decision and as you walk closer you can pay and let them know if you will be eating there or taking it home. As you look at the menu you see abundance of food options. If you choose to eat there, they normally bring you the food and afterwards help clear your table. On this day I chose the five small tacos option, and I had the bistec, al pastor and chorizo. They came with grilled onions and a hot jalapeño. They also have some salsa to enhance the flavor of the food you have chosen. The tacos were delicious the flavors were excellent. You can't go wrong with this place. If you're looking for some very good Mexican food you have to come here.

Can't remember the town--maybe Blanco?--but I know the young man said his family has restaurants there and while he's here earning a degree thought "why not try a food truck?" Today (Saturday before 10am) for under $5 after tax/before tip I got two fat little breakfast tacos and I'd even added an extra ingredient to one. That's a great price and certainly met my breakfast needs after tending a big pack of dogs. First time order of 3 was a mixed experience: I dearly love bean/cheese but both of them just tasted *off* in a way I can't put my finger on. Fortunately the egg/bacon was SOLID. I waited a while but had to come back for a second try. Today I had potato/egg/cheese and a bean/chorizo and they were perfect. It's very nice to have the nearby option again of a hot breakfast before work conveniently next to a storefront where I can grab a soda or anything else I find I need for the day.
