I called this office today to make an appointment for my father, and let me be straightforward about the receptionist. She is the rudest person I have ever heard on the phone. She is uncivilised, has bad manners, and tries to talk over people. She must not be in this position. This is customer service, and boy, she needs to be fired immediately for the way she treats patients. read more

Refuses to file insurance due to laziness and carelessness. The staff is extremely rude and does not have the patients best interest in mind. The office receptionist told us that it isnt their job to send information to insurance when they claim to accept insurance. Then they send INCORRECT information to the labs which makes it harder for the labs to bill insurance. Not a transparent or helpful practice avoid at all costs if you care for your health or wallet. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. I booked an appointment for my ears and nose. They told me they take my insurance but then I got a bill for over $300 from them for a 6 minute session where all he did was to tell me to get some oil from CVS. When I asked why it was so high they kept saying that they had already submitted it to the insurance... Any other specialty doctor I've booked through my insurance has never been this high. The worst part is that they did not even help with the issues I was having with my nose and ears. I had to go to a different doctor who actually prescribed me good medicine. They also don't have any website or anything, they do all their paperwork old school which is highly inconvenient and outdated. All this place did was waste my time and money. read more

Zero stars. Terrible doctor and unclean area. I have had reoccurring sinus infections since I was a child and since I didn't actively have a sinus infection at the time of my appointment he said he couldn't do anything. Asked for preventative treatments then and he told me to get a damn flu shot and take DayQuil. Stay clear from this man , he is not a good doctor aside from him being rude. All he does is prescribe meds any other doctor can. Refused to also give me an mri when it's very common to need one for my issues. Will be reporting him and this establishment. read more

I recommend going anywhere but here. They'll charge you for everything, they're just trying to take money from you. Not only that, but they'll blame you for THEIR mistakes. We needed an referral note to get an brain and spine MRI from fairfax radiology to check for possible tumors, had to wait an week for the appointment just to come in and find that the doctor FORGOT to write the date on the note and we couldn't get the brain and spine MRI. When we finally came into the doctors office after two+ weeks of waiting and finally getting the MRI, they only blamed it on Fairfax radiology and did not take fault for their mistakes. Honestly, with all the troubles you're probably having... do you really want to go see a completely careless doctor? read more

My Wife and Daughter have been going to him for a few years now, and he is wonderful to talk to! Haven't had any problems with him. He is worth the visit to see him for your problems with your Ears, Nose, and Throat. He had taken out my Daughter's tonsil's a couple of years ago, and my Wife had tubes put into her ears not too long ago so she can hear better. He is easy to get along with, and will listen to what is bothering you. He is also funny as well! I would recommend him to anyone that is having trouble. read more

I rescheduled 2 appointments with this doctor 4 days ago for October and today I received a call from his receptionist upset that I did not show up to the appointment that I HAD rescheduled. It's not my fault that they are incompetent on what they're doing. Never going to this doctor. read more

Terrible doctor. Does not know how to diagnose properly. Because of him I had an ear infection lingering for 4 months because he did not figure it out and I got treatment when I saw another ENT doctor. He is also a medical fraud. Charges 4 times as much for his poor services ( I realized when looking at my detailed bill) and comparing it with the other ENT doctor's bill who actually treated me. charged me 400 dollars for just looking in my ear. He has very poor patient interaction and does not communicate properly. During my recurrent visits, he did not even remember who I was and the conversation I had with him the previous time. He is old and needs to retire, I see early signs of dementia in him. I do not usually write reviews, but I must write this to save whoever else that is seeking an ENT doctor and might come across his office/name. Oh and the front desk lady that he has hired (looks like a family member) has terrible manners. This whole practice should close down. read more

Worst doctor ever. My mother is disabled and she needs a simple prescription refilled and Dr. Sharma refuses to phone it into the pharmacy unless she comes to his office for an appointment. Total rip-off. Won't return any of my phone calls. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far, far away from this doctor. read more

Avoid him ! he is a fraud. I went to see Dr. Sharma over three years ago because he was nearest ear specialist I could find on the list of the doctors recommended by the insurance that I had.I called him up to make sure that he accepted my insurance and went to see him to get my ears cleaned.He kept me waiting for 45 minutes and only cleaned one of my ears and said that the other one didn't need cleaning. After about a month he sent me a bill for $465 stating that my insurance hadn't responded. After getting to the bottom of the situation I figured out that he wasn't forwarding my billing information to my insurance. After literally begging him to forward my information he sent my case into collection. Every time I would go to see him at his clinic to get things straightened out his staff would tell me that he was unavailable.His staff handled my case extremely poorly and was very rude. I did not want to ruin my credit for a mistake made by him and his careless staff so I had no choice but to let his office know that if they did not handle my case properly and send my information to my insurance that I would have to get a lawyer involved. It was at that time that they contacted my insurance and got paid for a procedure that wasn't performed right and that I had to go to another doctor to get the procedure completed. If you want to pay $465 for cleaning your ears and go through the trouble of dealing with collectors because the doctor doesn't want to forward your information to your insurance then go see him. Otherwise, please avoid him. He isn't even interested in doing his job properly and does not know what patient satisfaction means. read more
