I also love the online booking system and wish more practices would offer this. I used this practice for about three years. My first visit was with a provider I don't remember, but who was perfectly fine. Next year, I booked with Dr. Andre, and had a less-than-stellar experience. She was over 30 minutes late to my appointment, after the nurse had already taken my information and set me up in the room. She scolded me for venturing out of the room to look for someone and then when she finally saw me was pretty condescending and dismissive of some concerns I had. I gathered she had to attend to an emergency right before my appointment, so as a human I can appreciate that may have been an exceptionally difficult day for her, but as a patient that doesn't make what I experience ok. I wish that would have been handled differently, even if I were just offered the chance to reschedule. Next year, I determined to schedule with someone else and was seen by Erica Lybarger. I really liked her bedside manner and found her friendly and engaging. I really appreciate her gentle approach and how dedicated she is towards helping patients manage any pain. This year I saw her again and still enjoyed meeting with her. However, after our review of some birth control methods, I went home and researched the options we discussed and found out she had misconstrued some of the side effects, avoided mentioning some risks, and left out one significant valid option. Reading both legitimate medical pages on these options as well as other patients' experiences with side effects made me uncertain I could trust the information she provides and I decided to seek a different provider based on my GP's recommendation. Ultimately, I think a patient could still have a good experience with this practice and even with both the providers I am reviewing. I just decided based on the care I received that i want to receive more reliable support elsewhere instead of trying a new provider within the practice.

I was in labor 17 hours and only dilated to 1cm. When I went in to see my doctor at 6 weeks pregnant they told me I would need another c section. That's when I decided to go to Centreville OBGYN. From the minute I met Chloe I felt safe. She was honest, open, answered my questions and calmed my fears. When I started to question having a vbac, she talked me through those concerns. Never once did I feel pressured or alone. She loves her vbac mommas and it shows. My vbac was such a calm and beautiful experience. It was amazing to have Chloe's support and guidance. I fully trusted her and it allowed me to relax and allow my body to progress naturally. After my vbac, I suffered from severe postpartum migraines. Chloe was there to help support me, research treatments, and even called my neurologist to push to have me seen sooner. She went above and beyond to ensure I was healthy. From the very first day I met Dr. Fady Sharara, I felt warmly welcomed. He greeted me with a big…read moresmile, made me feel comfortable, and most importantly, made me feel heard. Fertility is not an easy topic to talk about, and going through fertility treatment can be emotionally challenging. From the beginning, he made me feel that I was in safe hands. I will never forget when he told me, "I'll do everything I can to help you become parents." Those words meant so much to me and gave me so much hope and happiness. Dr. Sharara is truly a master in his field, and I feel incredibly lucky that he was my first fertility doctor. I have heard from other people who started their fertility journey with different doctors and eventually changed doctors because they didn't feel comfortable with the way they were treated or didn't feel sufficiently supported. I am very grateful that I never had that experience. From the beginning, I felt respected, listened to, and cared for. Of course, medical knowledge and treatment are extremely important, but I personally believe that the human side matters just as much during a fertility journey. When you feel safe, supported, and confident in your doctor and your team, it can make such a difference emotionally. Constant worry and overthinking can make an already difficult journey even harder. Having a doctor who gives you hope and makes you feel that you are in good hands is priceless. Throughout my IVF journey, Dr. Sharara was always professional and supportive. He gave me recommendations about lifestyle, supplements, and different ways to improve my chances. We went through our first IVF cycle, and because I had diminished ovarian reserve, my body did not produce many eggs. In the end, we were able to have one frozen embryo. We later talked about a second cycle, and Dr. Sharara adjusted my medications and treatment approach to give me better chances. But then something truly amazing happened--I became pregnant naturally! When I shared the news with Dr. Sharara, I could see how genuinely happy he was for me. His nurses and staff were also incredibly happy and supportive. They made me feel like I was not just another patient, but part of a family. What I remember most about my experience is not only the medications, supplements, or medical treatment. It is the kindness, reassurance, and emotional support I received from Dr. Sharara and his entire team. During fertility treatment, those things matter tremendously. I will always be grateful for the way Dr. Sharara treated me and for the hope and confidence he gave me throughout my journey. I feel very lucky that he was the doctor who guided me through the beginning of this journey. I highly recommend meeting Dr. Sharara if you are going through fertility treatment. His medical expertise is exceptional, but what makes the experience truly special is the way he treats his patients--with kindness, compassion, and genuine care.

I am so grateful to Dr. Sharara. He was very honest and straightforward with us, and I really appreciated that. Our other clinic told us we had unexplained infertility, but Dr. Sharara actually did the investigative work to see what was going on. Through changes in lifestyle and medication, we were able to get five embryos! I cannot tell you how happy I am to have a chance at another pregnancy due to Dr. Sharara's diligence and care.

I wanted to wait until I went through the whole process before reviewing, so talk about an almost year wait to say my peace. I found this place through my insurance, however it did not update that I believe Dr. Hodges was retired. I purposely seek him as he specialized in an issue I was concerned over. When making the appointment they did not make me aware he was retired (assuming by the time I came along he might've just retired). One of the reasons I held out was because the first ob I saw was Dr. Uthaman. He is newer to the practice but has great bedside manner. And seemed to be pro for non invasive treatment and had knowledge on his belt on issues a POC may face vs non. I was lucky enough to have seen him a few times (wish it was more) during my time and he was one of the doctors that assisted in my delivery. Besides him I felt that Dr. Jabola, Dr. Zaita, and NP Fulop were safe bets. Dr. Black was the main doctor at my delivery and she seemed fine but that was the only time I saw her so I can't speak too much on her. But she didn't make the delivery miserable so there's that. I don't want to get into too many details of my gripes but here's a little snip of some things I'd note. I specifically avoided FNP Stone per reviews floating around. If I knew someone who was going here I'd tell them to avoid Dr. Pickford she's pretty condescending and rough. The front desk staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good one, other times you regret coming in and question why you continue to go here. As far as billing that can be a mess too (luckily that percentage for me of hot mess was low) All and all I'm glad I survived (mentally and physically) here. Hopefully this will help the next person.

She took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect, answered all of my questions, and made both my husband and me feel supported and confident in our care. Dr. Pickford delivered my son and acted quickly in making the best medical decisions for both of us. She communicated clearly during my C-section, which helped me feel calm and informed, and she provided exceptional care throughout the procedure and recovery. I had heard great things of CWC, so I decided to give them a try. I'm upset that I ever gave them a chance. I have never had such a difficult time getting in contact with the doc (Tran) - no follow-ups, no callbacks to multiple messages, no sharing of results that were weeks and weeks overdue; and, all this due to an improper administration of tests - how is that even possible? And, to top it off, have you ever heard of a front desk receptionist giving patients some vague results of a test?! Seriously?! The receptionists have complete disregard to your privacy, your time, and dismisses you and all of your concerns. Did I mention that they laugh at you, too? Yes, you read that correctly. They are awful. Avoid CWC at all costs. +HIPAA/patient confidentiality not respected +no communication with docs +worst front desk, ever
