However, after more than 20 years working in customer service, his response was completely WRONG. That store's staffing issues are not the fault of the customers. I hope someone who is above him reads this, writes him up, and demotes him. His attitude and response were wrong. I said nothing else to him as I could see he didn't care.

One that I do not get at Walmarts. The store layout is standard, but this store has undergone all the major updates and is in great condition. It's well kept, bright, well stocked, organized and for the most part, clean. Service was also decent for a Walmart. The famed greeters were super kind, and the cashier was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid Walmart location. Legit would go out of the way to pop in here versus some of the other Nashville locations.

12/2/23 Went Christmas shopping on this day and got treated…read morepoorly. Restrooms are closed to paying customers but not employees. I went into the fitting room with my 10 y/o sister! She had 6 items. Then my mom came into the same fitting room with 5 items because there were only 2 open fitting rooms. If you're so worried about people shoplifting why don't you just have an associate working the fitting rooms! My sister was skipping out of the fitting room with an undergarment in her hand and the security lady started yelling "Ma'am" making sure my little sister didn't try on the bra. How embarrassing. After my mom and me got out of the fitting room the security lady got on her radio to inform that we were out of the fitting room and that it was empty. As if we were trying to shoplift! I put every item we did not want back on the rack. Every time I opened the door, the security lady was looking into the fitting room WHILE we were inside. When I confronted her, she told me they thought there was a man in there with us, what kind of bs story is that? This is the worst customer service. Don't spend your money here, there are much nicer stores.

Back to the table...they had a table we loved, but they had it due to some damage on it and unfortunately the scratch was a little too deep to fix so we sadly passed. Most of the items are new in package, but they do sell second life items that feature some variety of damage. Nothing glaring, but enough to be noticeable on most of these items. The manager acted like it was the end of the world that I asked for a gift card and just said "I literally cannot help you one bit" and walked off rolling her eyes. She may have just been having a bad day, but I was a retail manager for almost 6 years and you don't let the customer know you're stressed, treat them harshly for no reason, or talk about your staffing problems at the register loudly (which she also did). For example, they have some sunglasses here that look like Ray Bans. The price is only $2. MSRP is $25. They are pretty good quality sunglasses too. In fact, I like them better than my $20 sunglasses that i bought at Target. The customer service that I received was fast. Mostly, because there wasn't anybody in line to check out. In many ways it seems like an outlet mall - with 50-70% off sales. There are some pretty high end stores here, too. If you're bored of walking around here and want a change of pace, Opryland has beautiful indoor gardens which is a short walk away.

They claim to have signage stating which items are not for sale which someone wouldn't think to question if they have a "40 % off everything" coupon, however I saw no signage like that anyway.
