I purchased four new Michelin tires from them. At around 3,000 miles I brought the car in for a…read morerotation. I later had to replace the rear two tires after only 3,000 miles (which I understand can happen on a Tesla), but that is not the main issue. The real problem is that I brought the vehicle to them twice within the first 11,000 miles and both times they failed to rotate the tires as I requested. Now I have a nail in one of the front tires. They refused to repair it and said the extra warranty I paid for will not cover it because the inner tread is at 2/32", which is below their warranty specification. If they had actually rotated the tires when I asked, the wear would have been more even and the tire should still have been eligible under the warranty. Instead, their failure to perform the rotation is now being used against me. I called corporate and spoke with a Customer Care Senior Specialist. He agreed with me, was upset with the store, and promised that someone would contact me within two days to make it right. It is now day three and no one has called. I took the car back to the store and they were still no help. I am frustrated because I have bought three sets of tires from them in the past year, yet they refused to fix this tire and sent me away with two nails in my tires while it was raining. They do not seem to consider the business they are losing over something that could have been resolved by simply honoring the warranty. The double standard is especially clear: if I had failed to get the tires rotated and they were still within tread specs, they would almost certainly have refused a warranty claim for not following the maintenance instructions. Yet when they fail to rotate the tires, they still refuse to honor the warranty. It is just inconsistent and poor customer service

Even though they were already closed, he took the time to help me and ordered the correct tires for my vehicle. The next day, my tires had already arrived. i had an awful experience here!…read more i went in Friday around 3 pm with my tire light on and my car feeling slightly bouncy. I asked for an alignment/rotation and for them to inspect my vehicle because i knew there had to be something else wrong. They called me about an hour in saying my rear control arms needed to be replaced and that they would get them ordered and put in before close that night. ok cool that sucks but i did expect something like this. They called me back saying they ordered the wrong parts! and told me they would need to order the correct parts again and fix the car in the (saturday) morning. I live an hour away up the 74 I told them this at the start when i dropped the car off. They told me if they tried to put the car back together it would be dangerous to drive especially so far away and recommend I uber almost an hour home and back in the morning!!!?? so i had to find accommodations and call out of work to stay in the desert overnight for a mistake they made ordering the wrong parts... They told me it would be ready by 11am the next morning. Only for them to call me Saturday mid morning saying it wouldn't be ready till 4pm???? over 24 hours since i arrived for a stupid alignment!!!! i came in with a man with me around 2 pm saturday and told them how disappointed i was to be stuck here almost 24 hours. Angel was very kind to me and helped get me out before the projected time (4pm). Only when my boyfriend was with me did these men respect me. Ladies, this is not a safe place for us to be responsible alone. take this warning and bring a knowledgeable-looking man as a guard dog so these Ramona Tire employees don't take advantage of you. not to even mention they charged me 230 for labor that was so horrible i had to return tuesday afternoon another 1 hour drive both ways because they neglected to put the oil cap back on after preforming an oil change on my car. the oil from my car splattered all over the engine and the dip stick was halfway sticking out so to me it looked like they just closed up my car halfway through the job and didn't even try to finish up. If my oil had ran dry and caused any damage to my engine trust i would be finding a way to legally pursue these folks. do not come here ladies. or anyone at this point what the hell. i only have nice words for Angel, thank you for your help and correction services.
