Just so happens he does not do any electrical work but conveniently has a friend that does work on electrical? Everytime he fixed one thing, something always breaks. This guy doesn't seem trustworthy anymore. I will just have to find someone else to fix my radio. Dropping the car off with the radio working and getting it back saying I have an electrical issue and my radio not working is a huge problem that I am still dealing with today. I refuse to pay his reference friend for the service because it seems extremely shady. The radio was working just fine and he never offered to pay for the damages. Rick and his team diagnosed the issue and quoted a decent price for the repair. The initial repair was completed and delivered when promised but some ongoing issues with the sensors, gas tank mounts, leaks, and other problems resulted in a few return visits. So, why is this a 4 star review? Well, three reasons: Rick, Tom, and the owner. Rick wanted it done and done right. His honest attitude and professionalism were top notch. Tom, another upstanding employee, was absolutely delightful to work with and proved to be someone we could really trust. I sincerely thank Rick, Tom, and team for their efforts and the owner for being so fair and reasonable even when things didn't go perfectly.

That should've been my warning sign, but what happened next was unbelievable. Apparently, I am not the only person he ghosted mid job. Every part of my vehicle he touched ended up damaged. Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.
