On my way to work around 7 am my TPM started to warn me about fast pressure loss in my front passenger tire. Fortunately this happened just before the Paradise off ramp...by the time I got off the freeway I was at zero pressure on my run-flat, so I limped in to the GY store and found there was a gash in my sidewall. Went in and talked to Tom and explained the situation. He promptly got me setup with a special order tire (due to odd size of my particular car). They had to wait for the tires to come in that afternoon as they didn't have any in stock. Tom went as far as to offer me the use of his personal vehicle while I waited. I didn't need to take him up on it, but that was a very generous offer that I can't say I have ever heard of before...that is truly going above and beyond for your customers! Aside from his generosity, he was also able to hook me up with an additional road side warranty for no additional charge. Shortly after their estimated completion time, I got a call that the car was ready. Went back and checked out in no time "flat". These guys really impressed with their professionalism and sincere customer service. Very thorough and easy to talk with. Hopefully I won't have to deal with them again for quite a while, but I certainly won't hesitate to use them again in the future! Thanks!!! read more

I can't recommend this business. The prices are inflated and the staff is unprofessional. From the waiting room, you can(more than) clearly hear the staff talking about customers and other non-work related topics that don't need to be heard. I will not return and stick with a local smaller auto shop. read more

They seemed nice, and they did a good job at taking me back to where the car was being looked at and showed me what was wrong. I really liked being able to see what they had found. It was nice to see and try to understand that way, rather then just hearing about what was wrong. They also did a good job at giving me a quote and explaining what needed to be done and giving me options. The waiting location seems a little small..but not really a big deal. The price to get what I needed fixed seems maybe a little high, but that is maybe just a gut feeling, and not much to bass that on. Overall I would probably recommend this place read more

The man I dealt with behind the counter was so extremely rude to me. I dropped my car to have the tire checked because it was losing air. Unfortunately on my way the other one was as well and I mentioned it to him. He got so nasty with me telling me that there was only so much time for the appointment. Obviously he wasn't the very nice man I spoke with regard the situation on the phone and we had laughed because I was just in there numerous times with my daughter's car and spent close to $500 last week there. Very sad that this is how they treat their customers at all, especially someone who was just there last week. read more

Been there 3 times in the last year"ish". That's 3times too many!! Took my wife's car in for front end clunking. Specifically the front left (driver side if you will) . Dropped the car off and they called to say we needed all new suspension ($3000.00). Didn't have much choice.....paid. As the weeks went by my wife still said she could notice the original problem. Several weeks later (maybe about 10 ish) , she is backing out of the driveway and the entire wheel falls off the car. After the shock of seeing this, all I could think was what if she was going down the highway with the kids in the car and that happened?! Meanwhile my phone couldn't dial WB tire fast enough. This was after I called a local company who tried to rip us off when they towed our car to their place . Things like the front differential an cv joint needed to be replaced ( which I found out was total BS! ) . Said company is Koffman auto in Campbellsport (be advised). Come to find out all we ever needed was a new ball joint which would have been only $300.00ish. That was one headache ! Much more than needed (about $2700.00 and a lot of yelling). Find a good (HONEST) mechanic is the key to stress free living the older we get. That's my advice!! Be well.. read more

I have originally gone to a different Goodyear but with a recent move I elected to go to this Goodyear out of convenience. I can say the customer service was subpar. I told the staff that I would be waiting with my vehicle and be in the area. I ran some errands, and after 2 hours came to check on an oil change and tire rotation only to find out that my car had been done but I received no phone call. I understand that things come up, but if a customer's vehicle is finished, a phone call would be the next immediate step to notify an individual (especially one who made it clear they'd be waiting on site) that their vehicle is ready. Then to further the poor service, upon receiving my vehicle and walking up to my car to leave, I noticed my car was BACKED INTO A BUSH. Thankfully, there was no damage noticed at this time to the vehicle. But what kind of service can you truly provide by backing customers vehicles into bushes and not treating the vehicle with respect? I can assure you I will not be completing services at this location again. Which is a shame as Goodyear has been exceptional to me in the past. read more

Went in to have a squeak in my brake fixed, they told me I needed new brakes in the front of my car. Asked for an estimate and they gave me a specific total. When I went back the next day to have the brakes put in I was told it would be another $250.00 because when they were putting in my brakes(pumping them up) they broke my brake line and now that was leaking and had to be replaced for another $250.00. Then when I asked how soon to fix it, they replied "Oh well, we will have to fit you in amongst other customers, so it will be awhile." This even though I made a 8:30 appointment? So in other words, they broke my break line while putting in my brakes. I will never go back to this place, at this point I am not even sure I needed brakes. Very bad service, will not trust again. They act like $250.00 in NOTHING. read more
