But I'm trying to save money usually when I go in for an auto repair. I've got a 10-year-old german car and no garage to do my own repairs in. The website instructed me to call the location to make sure the tires were in stock. I called and reached the call center which then connected me to the Medford location. They confirmed they had the tires in stock. I showed up for my appointment and encountered not greeted by Shawn the manager. He said he was not going to make me happy because they didn't have my tires in stock. I could either upgrade my tire choice or come back the next day. He checked the online bookings that morning and didn't call me to inform me that they weren't in stock because, "he had a day." I can't decide if his demeanor was just rude or just totally devoid of any customer service at all. I reluctantly agreed to a more expensive option since I took the afternoon off from work and just wanted to get it done. The shop was running behind which can be expected but when he came into the waiting area after an hour he called me and another customer to the desk and told us he had bad news for us both. Basically the other man's car needed additional work so he had to pay more for additional repairs and then he turned and told me that because of that man I was being pushed out much longer. At that point, I asked for my keys and walked out. His parting words were, "if that's what you want to do then fine." I felt like I was in an alternate universe the entire time I was there. My recommendation is to save yourself time and aggravation by taking your car to someone who wants the business.

In this case, it's because it was absolutely terrible. Upon pulling up, the gas station attendant was extremely rude. He also told me to "get out of the way" if I wanted gas. What's worse is that after the fuel pump had automatically shut off, he repeatedly kept forcing more fuel into the tank. He did this several times and only stopped when I forcefully told him "that's enough gas." Continuing to pump gas after the nozzle has disengaged is an extremely bad practice as it can damage the emission control system, which is a very costly repair. It's obvious that the attendant doesn't care about the customer and instead is more concerned about making an extra buck.
