Then came the pressure to pay out of pocket. My good sis could NOT provide me a claim number which prompted me to call the warranty provider myself. They had no record Pep boys ever reached out or filed a claim LMAO how embarrassing when I showed up in person to get the details. We got all that shit straighten out needless to say. They were very humble and moved expeditiously to get me scheduled the next day. My repairs were made and seem to be holding up over a month later.
