I want to start by saying that my experience with my provider, Susie, was excellent. She was…read morepatient, informative, and very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. My concerns are with the administrative and billing side of the practice. When I initially became a client of WCP, I initially received needed testing. Later, I needed documentation completed and was informed that I would need to schedule a meeting with my provider to complete the required form. Upon entering that appointment, I was informed about a newer, more updated assessment that the office now uses. I was highly encouraged and offered the option to take that additional test at a discounted rate, since I had already completed the prior version. I agreed and completed the assessment that day and paid the amount, which meant the original purpose of the appointment (completing the form) was not addressed. The following day, I had a second appointment to complete the form via telehealth, during which we went through it together and I answered the necessary questions. After the form was ready for pickup, I was informed of additional charges for both visits, each, that had not been communicated beforehand. While I understand the charge for the appointment where the form was completed, I was surprised by the additional charge for the first visit, where the only activity was being offered and completing another assessment. When I sought clarification, the interaction became unprofessional and dismissive, which was disappointing. Julie then got extremely unprofessional with me in a heated back and forth discussion and asked me "Aren't you about to become an attorney?" Very Unprofessional. Since I am CURRENTLY a lawyer, I will be fighting against this charge. Julie, you need to do better as a professional and as a person. Overall, my concern is with the lack of transparency around billing and the professionalism in handling the discussion around it. I hope the office can improve clarity and communication going forward.

Gary's contribution to the health and well-being of our family has been nothing short of…read morelife-changing. His depth of knowledge on so many mental health areas is impressive and there is no family challenge, big or small, that he cannot make a positive impact on. I can recommend him for martial support, coping with divorce, coping will illness and youth counseling. The kindness and compassion he showed my children will help to set them on the right course for their adulthood. Gary can handle with ease and grace very complex family dynamics and offer solutions and guidance.

Have you finished pouring out your troubles to a really good set of ears (therapists) and then gone home and you still cannot deal with your troubles? Liz Khan gives you TOOLS to create the life you want, that you can use RIGHT AWAY. The tool box is YOU and all of these tools are neatly housed in YOU. She helps to unlock the tool box and teaches you HOW to use each tool, in a methodical, effective and wholesome way that works and STAYS! This program cleared the mess in my head and gave me clarity, calmness and consistency up there. It has spilled over into all aspects of my life, ones that I didn't even think needed fixing. Some of the messier and murkier troubles were peeled back like an onion, with Liz's persistence and seem almost laughable now. The price may be high, but a therapist can run much higher and not get you any results. The price tag and Liz also enticed me to work at this program really hard and remain determined.
