Finally the answer is you need to schedule an emergency appointment before we can refill your very basic prescription. Every time I called a different person told a different lie . Just to get me off the phone . The cherry on top is they would not even respond to the pharmacist. The entire time I spoke to Ms Harris on telehealth appointment she never once LOOKED at me . Dr. Ryan came recommended to by another therapist of a close friend of mine. I called and made an appointment and have been seeing Dr. Ryan off and on for almost 3 years. Never having been to a therapist I didn't know what to expect. I mean I watched the Sopranos, and every other stereotypical show about "shrinks" so I already had some preconceived notions about therapy. All were shattered by Dr. Ryan. He's a very calm, soft spoken personable individual. He doesn't push you to come out of your shell, but at the same time he holds you accountable for what you are there for. He's easy to talk to and very insightful. I even had homework which aided me in developing certain skills. I can honestly say that the relationship I have with Brit (some of you have met my ever present +1) is stronger and more fulfilling because of the sessions I've had with Doc.
