They constantly have sales and they have an app they don't advertise call spin to win that could give you additional discounts. The prices are a little steep when it comes to the furniture they carry because the furniture isn't made the best. I guess I am a slow learner. I tried to use Kohl's online again, against my better judgement. (I…read moreshould have read my previous review) Kohl's ONLINE ordering has always been, and continues to be, a total DISASTER. Their online chat feature is IMPOSSIBLE to use -- keeps asking the same question (e.g., "what's the order number") over and over and over and over and over again (literally five times). I was missing part of an order and needed a status update. Finally gave up and called the customer service number (which starts out with a recording that ironically suggests that you use their online chat feature instead). Ended up talking to a VERY NICE lady (a live human being!!!) in Wisconsin who was able to answer my question. IMHO, companies that rely primarily on AI for their misnamed "customer service" deserve to be put out of business.

If you're looking for something for your home, this is the place to find it. This store is organized. It is bright and clean. The layout makes it easy to navigate between sections. We were in search of a decanter. They had a small but good selection. There was a small clearance section in the back of the store. A disinfectant wipe stand is located near the entrance. I didn't notice any associates on the floor. It's located in a busy complex which can be a little annoying to get in and out of.

The prices were on the higher end and well above what I typically pay for retail items. But overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. All the store displays were neat and visually appealing. The only complaint was the price point, but other than that, and it was a nice store to shop at.

I'm surprised that I am the first to review/place this business on Yelp. They opened two years ago…read moreand there was even a nice article about them in the Carolina News & Reporter from March 2023. They specialize in vintage clothing (evidently it has to be at least 20 years old). They hunt largely from donation/goodwill/etc centers and resell (they do not buy/consign). There selection is decent for both men and women. I found several ties (ranging from $10-15)... a bit steep for old ties. I offered to buy several if they would give me a quantity discount (one tie actually had an inch-long rip on the skinny/back half that would need mending eventually). They promptly declined. I've never had that happen! I then chose the one tie I liked the most and only purchased it. FYI, I take these to my tailor back home who "modernizes" them. For another $12 my tailor will hem them so they are 2-3/4 inches wide instead of 4+ inches. I get raves at the office all the time because the designs I search for are mid-century modern but the width is totally up to date. For a total of $25-30 I have a truly one of a kind. They are located about a block from the Five Points strip mall (which is probably the only place to park). On this Thursday afternoon we were the only ones browsing this airy, nicely lit, and organized business.
