Stop putting tape ON EVERYTHING! The management at GW is uncaring and apathetic. They are NOW CHARGING $4.99 FOR TSHIRTS! They also pull out all the quality items and send them elsewhere. Stores have nothing but crap these days. It's easy to see why their sales are down. GREED GREED GREED! Then they stupidly ruin what's left by using 20 feet of clear tape on things that any idiot knows would be damaged by the glue. No real store would PURPOSELY DAMAGE INVENTORY! Good hearted people give them items thinking GW helps people. THEY DON'T! I'm glad to see people are taking a stand against Greedwill. They have 138 separate organizations. This means 138 CEOs making 6-7 figures. Do not donate to them. EVERYTHING I PURCHASED WAS RUINED OR BROKEN BECAUSE OF TAPE! Typical dingy and very dusty thrift store. Choices are very limited and there has been very little quality merchandise the few times I have visited. Nothing special. read more

Goodwill was open on December 31st for normal hours. The store was open and drop-off was supposed to be open until 7pm. Many were still trying to drop off goods during the window of 5:30-6pm. The doors for drop-off were locked. There were 2 employees talking and they saw the people waiting (even after knocking and ignored). The poor overwhelmed cashier (one cashier in the store with a very long line) even called for receipts for people dropping off and no one would come from the back for code 030. We leave pristine nice high quality items. I do not expect to be back. There are other charities that treat people better and if not clothes I would rather go to Restore from now on. read more

I shopped at this Goodwill this week, and Priscilla was out the cashier. She was kind and had so much patience and grace. I hope some of you hags she had in line will see this comment. The cashier had a line that was way backed up. She was the only cashier; many of you had spent around $100. She was kind and graceful to them even though they were hateful. Remember, if you have an appointment and decide to shop before, and there is only one cashier... It is not her fault that you will be late. Plan your time accordingly. The store Personal were a great help and were quick on checking you out. We came from Monroe, NC and it was worth the road trip. And on the way out we hit up the Waffle House. Talk about a great staff there!! They were on the stick!! I do wish that they would use this Goodwill and Waffle house as a training location. I Live in NC. Not Cal. read more

This location also has the Goodwill Bins Outlet attached you it. That makes it a favorite when we're in town because you get 2 stores in one stop. The restrooms are well maintained. The store shelves are usually full of goodies. This store does not do many bag toys. As of Sept 2020 they do have Target discontinued and seasonal items that they buy by the truckload so there are deals to be had. A face mask is required in both stores. The outlet side stays pretty busy during the day & I'm not one that enjoys shopping when it's crowded so I'm not sure about the deals on that side. I do still enjoy walking through and looking at the book bins and occasionally flipping through clothes where you can buy them by the pound. I would recommend giving this location a shot. read more

goodwill is not a charity despite its name or that it is a thrift shop. you give them free gently used items and they make a fortune never once giving it all to charity. if you truly want to donate to those in need then Salvation Army or a church, Vietnam Veterans or some group like that are where to go to ensure your are helping those who need it not a private company that isn't a charity read more

Came to this goodwill to go thrift shopping while on vacation. The website said they would take off a discount for military veterans. However at the register the cashier was unwilling to provide the discount despite the website saying that this location excepted the discount. My dad was able to provide his military ID, but they will unwilling to comply with their company's website. We spent $75 on all the merchandise we purchased, so I guess the discount wouldn't have made a big difference but it was unprofessional how the situation was handled.
