The owner was kind and patient with us as we got out things out the suitcases, even gave us some privacy as we got out items into the washer. The mat is intimate with some lovely coffee shops so you can have a bite to eat while waiting on your clothes.

They have a simple and convenient online booking system where you can view available timeslots and book an appointment. They sent me a confirmation a day in advance and responded to my emails quickly. They charge a £40 flat fee for a single move (point A to point B) on weekdays, and a £50 flat fee for weekends. You don't pay them until everything is finished. Seems they cover any area with a London postcode. Our driver Leonardo was efficient, professional, and not at all dodgy. And even the cab of the van smelled nice! Would definitely use them again.
