Not the best goodwill store. Nothing jumped out that was anything new or different. Store was clean, they did have a new section up front.

The people working there are friendly and helpful, although it seems to be a bit understaffed. The Fairlawn Salvation Army thrift store used to be one of my favorites, then they eliminated some of the discount colors and then went to a system with most of the clothes being priced according to what they are, i.e. pants and shirts are $4.99 and there is one color that is half price (although on Wednesdays everything except one color are half price). On my most recent visit they have backtracked a bit so that most of the brick a brack and shoes are individually priced. There are still some good values, however the selection seems to be not as good and it can be confusing what certain things cost. The advantage of the current system is that if you find a high quality piece of clothing you do get it for a good price. The non-clothing selection has definitely decreased, the selection is limited and there are not a lot of interesting items. In the past I have found some really nice items, but now it seems like most of the stuff is nothing really special. Overall a pretty good thrift store, but not worth a trip just for thus store.

Nice variety of items. Fair prices not like other thrift stores that want top dollar. We enjoy…read morelooking around.

Recently came here during Easter with my wife to look around and see what was here on sale. It's a…read moremuch smaller Goodwill than I expected but it's in a nearly abandoned giant strip mall. Staff here was friendly, there's not many good finds here, offers changing rooms too, great selection of clothes, not too much decor and seasonal wise. Not many customers either during my time browsing.

So this Goodwill is in a building that used to be an Aldi grocery store so it's very large and…read morespacious. They actually have a good selection of clothing and household items. The problem with this store is the staff. First of all there is an older woman working there that was dragging dresses on the floor as she was restocking. The manager seems to be about 20 and she is very snarky and rude. The cashier we had was the worst. He's wearing a mask and speaking in a very low voice, hardly making eye contact and actually doesn't know how to ring up clothing. First issue. He rung a 2T infant's coat as a woman's coat. Second issue, when that was corrected the price of the coat was more than twice what the sign said on the rack where the infant clothing was. There were multiple coats on that rack but NO WHERE over there did it say that infant coats were a separate price, it said "Infants $2.14", About 20 feet away in the children's coats there was a price for infant's coats. Third issue, I had a bag of yarn that was fresh to the sales floor with a price for the whole bag. As he was ringing me up he starts taking the individual balls out of the bag and ringing them up separate for as much as the entire bag was priced. I had to ask what was going on because he wasn't going to tell me. He said he couldn't sell it that way, I said well you all put it out on the floor that way. He called the child manager up and she backed me up that she had put it out that way, of course she didn't take the prices off the individual balls and this weird cashier practically accused me of trying to get them cheaper. This was maybe the worst goodwill experience I've had. It's very disappointing that they will let anyone work there.

I was so impressed with the selection and spent way more time here than historically at other vintage shops. AMBIANCE/INVENTORY: Each vendor essentially has their own themed booth in this space. To be very honest, the amount of inventory is overwhelming. As you navigate through the space, you'll find everything from local jams, furniture, Viking attire, toys, decor, clothing, and seasonal merchandise (Christmas). I would especially visit this space if you're looking to entertain and need plates, tea cups, and so on. Also, if you're looking for a fancy brooch or necklace for your next social event, look no further. I visited for just browsing. I walked out with gorgeous Matryoshka (Russian Doll), a hand-painted Russian egg with a church on it, and crystal-ish egg holder. I paid very reasonable price for these items considering that souvenirs from Russia are scarce right now. This space really offers very unique finds. VALUE: The prices vary. Each seller sets their own prices so they are all over the board. I would say that you can find items within any budget. Most items are well priced for antiques. SERVICE: The vendors work at the shop to help out. Several people approached me to offer help, share stories about the space, and socialize. I found this to be a very friendly environment. I look forward to returning here. If you visit, I recommend allotting extra time for browsing the store and every corner. There are so many hidden gems. The shopkeepers told me that the inventory continuously rotates and expands, so you'll always find something new.
