Goodwill in Trinity is like a TJ Maxx. Everything is hung up, clean and priced well. Clothes were $6.99 for shirts t $9.99 for pants. Limited selection of shoes. Many with with price tags still on them. I will gladly go back to this store. read more

We've been to this location many times but never, ever again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Better yet, don't EVER do business with Goodwill unless you like being robbed. They will ask if you'd like to donate and even when you reply no, they charge you for it anyway. They charge whatever they want at the register, regardless of the price posted on the item. Zero stars. The worst experience I've ever had making a donation. I just got yelled at while making a donation doing a good deed, no thank you, no appreciation or anything all because I didn't pull my car up 2 feet. I've never in my life felt like I was doing something wrong when I was doing something nice like making a donation. It was an older guy with glasses that has a bad attitude towards people trying to do good by making donations. Absolutely no customer service skills and was very rude. Starts yelling at me when all I'm trying to do is donate a nice bike for a child in need. Why is this even necessary when people are making donations? You are a donation site. Employees or managers need to appreciate and be respectful to people giving you items. The Oldsmar location is a million times better, I recommend going to that one instead. Worth the longer drive so I don't get yelled at for making donations. After he yelled at me I also never got at least a thank you for my donation, just a rude look like I did something wrong! I will never return here again!!! read more

We drove out of our way to this location, the lady at the donation drop directed the donors to place items in a particular bin , did not touch an item the entire time. This location is very picky about the items that accept. read more

Some of the reviews are hilarious. Price is what you pay. Value is what you get. The prices are a little on the high side. Afterall it is located in Trinity. I own many properties but I still buy most of my clothes from thrift stores. I have shopped at thrift stores for most of my adult life. I look for value. I am very frugal like that. I used to find good deals for used women's jeans for $5 to $8. Now used women's jeans are $12 to $20 each. I may as well buy new at Ross Dress for Less. It's usually crazy busy now so I don't go in as often. Some of their prices for furniture is crazy high. The cashiers have been consistently nice and helpful. Never had a problem with them. There is a public restroom for men and women in the far left rear of the store. It is unlocked. It is helpful for women with young children and older customers. Other than that you may have better luck finding good deals. It is what it is. read more

Located near the up and coming area of Trinity, FL this Goodwill is huge. I came here specifically for old luggage. There were a few newer pieces but nothing like what I needed, and that's OK. They did have a varied and clean assortment of just about anything you could possibly nwantnor need. They even had a new section. I've seen this at other locations. I'm not sure when this started, but it's kind of cool. read more

Great selection of clothes but they need to add mirrors so you don't have to wait on line for the dressing room if you want to try on a sweater or jacket. The dressing room lines can be long. read more

I enjoy shopping Goodwill from time to time... Perusing the shelves in search of a bargain and a hidden gem that makes me wonder how I could have lived without it. This is most recent visit was my second time ever to the store. I found it to be neat and tidy with quite a few customers shopping even late into the evening. I dealt with 2 employees and both were very helpful in assisting me, noting that it was because of their help that I was able to secure what I came to purchase. The location itself was easy to find - located on State Road 54. The parking lot is quite large and finding a spot would probably not really be a problem no matter what time of year it was or what type of sales they have going on. Something that I don't recall from when I was a child is that Goodwill is now selling some items that are new. I'm sure they have a name or classification for these products... Unfortunately I don't know it. To find it when you go into the store, it is toward the back wall. It is comprised of things for around the house and a few toiletries. read more

I love coming to this Goodwill. I find so many great bargain deals and quite frankly am shocked the amount of money I save. For years I never bothered to step foot into a Goodwill due to my pride. But I'm happy to say I've gotten over my ridiculously attitude and since then it's been a gold mine for me. I'll be coming back for sure most likely tomorrow ;) read more

One of the WORST thrift stores I've been to. Place is a mess, kids running around without their parents and more commercial product that's over priced than actual donated items. The donated items are pieces of crap too. You're better off going to literally any other store than a goodwill now-a-days, especially this horrible location. read more

The prices here are ridiculous. Over $50 for a USED bread machine, $40 for a USED skillet, $13 for a vase that isn't anything special. Keep in mind, they got this stuff FREE through donations. They must have someone research prices on EBay or something. If they're going to do that, I might as well buy it from EBay! The other thing that's annoying is the adult clothing is sorted by size but the children's clothing is not. Sorry, but I don't have six hours to sort through every piece of clothing in the hopes of finding something that's both the right size AND in good condition. The only reason I gave two stars is because it is a nice big store that usually appears to be clean. As far as thrift stores go, there are other stores in the area that have much more reasonable prices. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. read more

As my mom would say "This store was HIGH!"....High as in the prices. Some of the items in the furniture/housewares department were priced like it was a regular retail store! They must keep inventory in there forever. If there were to come down on the prices and price it like it is a Goodwill they might be able to move some of that merchandise but if they just want people to come browse then they can definitely do that. $15 for a vase that would be half that at Big Lots or Walmart....Planter sets for $20! But the beat up old dressers were like $10 bucks. Weird pricing I swear. Like come on! You can get a lot of off brand cleaning supplies for $1.50 each but I really go to secondhand stores for furniture and decorative pieces and fabrics. I didn't even go through their clothes. Maybe when I have some patience I will next time. They do get a couple stars because the store was extremely well organized and definitely the cleanest thrift store I've been in in a long time. read more

Goodwill employees could have been more helpful with stating what items are not accepted during Covid (e.g. rugs) before they stood by and watched us unload our truck. Every item was challenged and questioned in a way that seemed quite rude. If we know the rules we will gladly follow them. So we drove over to the Salvation Army and had a much better experience. read more

This is the cleanest Goodwill I've been to. I bought a Kenwood receiver here for 7 bucks and it works great for my outdoor speakers. The employees are always super nice and their drive thru to drop things off is quick and easy. The only odd thing is the part of the store that is like a dollar store but that part does have new items ranging from soap to automobile acceroies to pet supplies! read more
