I had a bag full of clothes I wanted to donate so, as always, I turned to Yelp to find the nearest place. I guess they used to accept donations here, but not anymore! I saw a sign on the front door stating that they don't, but just to be sure I walked in and asked. The lady told me, "All the Goodwill locations accept clothing donations EXCEPT THIS ONE." I've been shopping at this Good Will Store for many years. I remember a long time ago when the store first began having a 50% discount on "color" tags. Each Sunday Morning the color would change. When I walked into the store, the first thing I looked for was the sign telling me what color was 50% off for the new week. Yesterday, as usual, I entered the store a few minutes past 10 AM and I saw the orange tags were advertised as 50% off. I began to shop and as in the past, they have not taken down last week's tags, therefore, all the items I put in my cart were NOT 50% off. Later, while I was in the back of the store, an employee was climbing on a small ladder replacing the orange tags with pink tags. My complaint, this should have been done before the store opened, not after people are already looking carefully for items that are discounted for the week. Years ago, when the doors opened at 10 AM, all the signs for the new color for the week were already in place. I'd like to see that return. With regard to Tammy, she is kind, pleasant, polite to the shoppers and offers to hold large items at the check-out counter so shoppers can look for more items. She also gets prices for items that the tag fell off. Tammy is the best! read more

I only like this goodwill because: 1. The location 2. Wide variety of new items come in 3. Good selections The reason why I give it 2 stars is the staff. Every single time I come in, I'm never welcomed, they stand around and gossip, and they are rude and give attitude. I stand and wait for someone to ring me up. Sometimes I have to hunt someone down. I absolutely LOVE this store so much. Everytime I go in I leave with ao many things . They always have the cutest stuff and I LOVE the electronic area ! So many useful things . The staff is awesome and friendly and even when the store is busy it's still organized. They used to separate the clothes by color but now they also do it by side and it's great for me because I have the worst ocd! Great job guys ! read more

I've never heard of a thrift shop turning down donations. This location ask you what you are bringing and if they don't want it they will not take your stuff. I never go here anymore. I drive all the way to Anaheim . That location is awesome. When they see you coming they bring out a cart and help you if you need it. South street has big containers and tell you to put it over there and never come out of the building . read more

I have came here a couple times and i have experienced way better. The goodwill in orange county are much cheaper. i bought a vhs here for 3 bucks. and that is expensive for a VHS tape. me and my friends love to laugh at the mui muis. i found some really cool boots here that were marked 7.99 and 8.99 when i took them to the cash register they said oh they are really 9.99. ughh. the workers are really rude. read more

This place is soooo organized!!!! It's itmes are all color coordinated and the staff is really nice. I was able to bargain some name brand items and not make a whole in my wallet. I have never been to a thrift store that was sooo clean and maintained. The downside is that its slightly pricier that your average thrift store, but a Tommy Hilfiger dress for $5 is a great bargain. read more

I like this Goodwill because it is very organized and clean, but there was not to many things that I like. But I would say that is typical of thrift store, they are a hit and miss. Sometimes you will go to a goodwill and find amazing stuff, other days, not so much. But I believe that is what makes thrift stores so appealing, you find little gems that you will not find at a department store and at an extremely low price. I say if you live nearby, check it out and support this store. If you do not live near here, I am sure you can find other thrift stores near your house that are probably better. read more

I used to like this Goodwill store fully stock always but when they recently change employees of this store including the Manager things change they used to greet you when you come in now they still do but only at times and it's not full of stocks like before but this store smell's better compared to some of their other stores. read more

The name of the store doesn't compliment with the service and attitude of the workers. They are not helpful. And I've read lots of complain about the use of restroom and I experienced it first hand. The lady said it's not for public use and I asked , "even for your customers"? She said she will ask her manager and never got back to me. Then I asked the cashier about it and I already told her about the food incident and she still insist to go at the back to ask the people there. Wry disappointing! I'm supposed to donate goods but they don't accept them here. So with all these I changed my mind and will just donate it with other thrift store. And by the way, items are kind of pricey considering those were all just donated. read more

I use to love to shop here, but since they changed management this store sucks, Maybe what they need to do is not fire their floor employees but take a good look at their managers. How can Goodwill put a person who use to be in loss prevention for Marshall's be placed as a manager and expect to run a store, this manager is rude and looks down on people like your money is not good here, she has bad customer service and is not friendly at all, treats her good employees like sh*^t and this is not right. A place of employment is suppose to be like your second home, they take care of you and watch over you. Well not this store and maybe it has to do with the managers. read more

I love this store, however I always need to search for the cashier because they are working on the floor and not at the register . Dressing rooms are always locked so you wait to find someone and then theyh have to go get the key. Music is always way to loud and not catered to customers but to the workers. read more

so, i donated some clothes a while ago, and after finally finding the donation area (it's around back, but be careful where you park--there are no spaces, just kind of pull in), and dropped off my stuff (which had it's own issues--the guy taking my items just kind of threw a donation receipt my way, with no explanation as to what to do with it), i ventured inside, and found nothing but dirty, and ripped clothing (literally). if you go into the home area, you'll just be overwhelmed with sad little glasses and old toys. there was nothing that i've found here worth buying. so, if forced, i'd come here to donate, but i'm searching out a new donation/thrift store spot. read more

This is one of the most clean and organize Goodwill store that I have seen. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the items are fairly new. I will be coming here a lot more. read more
