We called here to see if we could have a brass bell engraved. They were confident in their answer…read morein being able to engrave it so we dropped the bell off with them. We called to check on the bell and first were told the girl who could work on it didn't come in until 10 one morning and they would call us with an update. I'm sure there was some confusion with myself calling and my husband being the person they called back however, after we called to check again on the bell, we were told that they engraved it, didn't like how it came out, buffed it, and would be re-engraving it. Once again, when we called to check on it, we were told that the girl that did engraving didn't work on Mondays. Then, next thing we know, they are telling us they can no longer engrave it. I understand that unpredictable situations occur and perhaps my perception of the experience is a bit different, but we were told they could do something and then after apparently doing work, could no longer perform the service requested. It just felt a bit off... everyone was friendly when we would call so nothing against the employees, just ended up being a situation that set us back on this project (a gift) a few weeks longer than we would have liked and just seemed like we were being given false information.

When the appraisals came back I had to laugh on how ridiculous the appraisals were. They were less than half of what was paid when purchased and with the the authenticity paperwork showing it was a numbered Hearts on fire cut, perfect cut, perfect clarity. Looking at the paperwork for the rings all four papers were exactly the same wording with the appraisal price typed in. The rings were four completely different rings. There was no description of any of the rings beside size. I got them reappraised by two other places after, with them coming out higher than purchased price, and the two other places matched each other. My point.... Don't spend the money to appraise them there and don't believe them especially if you want to sell them to them!

I was a bit kind when I wrote my first review given it was one of the few times I shopped in store…read more Now that I have been here several times, it's evident the Leadership is not taking it seriously or the customers have no respect for the products. The last few times I been in the store, there have been boxes wrapped in plastic and what appears to be the materials to rebuild a wall display without anyone around them. It's as if someone was going to start to put the display together, stopped and never returned to it. There are a number of clothing racks that have clothes just thrown onto it or on the floor. Employees walk by it and ignore the appearance which makes it look like you are at a thrift store. Kohl's is supposed to be reputable from a corporate standpoint, but the leadership at this location don't care about the appearance. I personally would not buy clothes that was thrown on the the floor or into the display. The only area in the store where appearance and cleanliness is maintained is Sephora which appears to have driven some excitement by many given their reputation. The one positive about my last visit is I forgot my Kohl's card, which I rarely use, and they were able to look me up in the system (after handing them my photo ID) and I could apply my purchase onto the card without having it with me. Other than that, the store is in shambles and quite honestly I am shocked it's still open given I can't imagine its raking in the money the same way its stores are in other locations.

Did he get the make up no why because nobody there would help him and swear they did not have nothing for him! So when he gets back home I call the store where when the girl picked it up the phone she said "oh yes ma'am I have it right here!" So the manager gets on the phone says they did everything possible called my husband a lier and then I was given the phone back for the man to hang up. My morning thrift store mood is one of ease, having released the stresses of the week - excitement…read moreof walking into new surroundings unsure of what display will greet me and at no time of the year is this more omnipresent than after Halloween - early in November. Vivaldi's 'Winter' plays in my head as I step inside and the Russian Nutcracker dolls stare a warm blankness of welcome back at me - and I begin to observe things more closely as I go - to the end of the rainbow. Norwegian cup sets and German decorative plates are set up in front of flowing paintings of cherry blossoms, oils of creepy kids and alternative art canvases and it darn near broke my heart to leave the French prints behind. Look up to see candelabras and left to see a antique ice bucket - all of this I adore. Manual hand mixers and beaters next to flour and sugar silos, enamel coffee pots and Pyrex tanned glass crockery. My arms were filling up so I bought two bags and went hither and tither and placed two egg cups inside and a Ralph Lauren roll-up mat with pillow. Between the hand blown blue and green glass galore the large pewter population, frosted glass of polar bears and Mickey Mouse - I had to have it all, but I live on the road and I shant - much to my sadness my rainbow was shortened on this day.
