When we pulled in I realized it was 2 minutes to their closing time, so I thought I'd just pop in for a quick look and come back another day. The door was still unlocked so I entered and said I realized they're about to close and I just wanted a quick look. The proprietress said, "Oh you're fine, take your time." Stars awarded immediately. This is a tightly packed shop with a little bit of everything - books, magazines, tapes, games, clothing, jewelry, wall decor, glassware, knick knacks and those things you never knew you needed. They have a member card where you get a punch each time you spend $10 and after 10 punches you get a $10 coupon. I was amazed to learn they've been in business five years and I never noticed the sign. I bought a little game for a couple of bucks. I really wanted to slowly go through all the books, since they are in no particular order and ya never know what you might find; but husband was impatiently waiting in the car so I'll be back another time. I found this shop about five years ago while walking through Lebanon, and I can't say enough good…read morethings about it. The staff is warm and helpful. I've found a variety of gifts, especially for birthdays, that really relate to the interests of the individual. I've been so pleased with the quality of some of my finds from here. This is just a great place to hang out and enjoy some historical and contemporary items. I often bring friends to Lebanon - and this is the first place we go. Remember this place also for some Christmas stocking ideas. I often find cute items I wouldn't find elsewhere.
