It was 20 minutes before close, and the guy working turns the lights off on us. Mind you, there's also a couple more people getting ready to wrap up their shopping experience. We go to check out after the lights get shut off on us, and the guy was so rude - we each pay in cash and he is pretty much huffing and puffing with attitude the whole interaction. Throws the change in our hands and doesn't say a word throughout this. He then looks over at one other guy that is in the store and says under his breath "he needs to leave now" IN FRONT OF my friend and I. It's still like 10 minutes before close, and it's not like we're still in the store after close. So if you see an average height guy with light brown longer greasy hair, don't waste your time - he will absolutely ruin the vibe of your shopping experience. Other than this, the items being sold here are great prices and there is a good selection of home decor, furniture, and jewelry.

I have also noticed that they are willing to haggle a bit and bring down the price if you see a noticeable issue with an item. You just gotta ask (ie. stain, rip/tear, etc.)! I really appreciate that part because it really helps to eliminate waste, especially from clothing if they can be fixed. I find this particular store to have fairly organized sections, especially the clothing and linens. They could work on larger pieces and furniture, which are just kind of haphazardly placed in the rear of the store. The cleanliness of the store is pretty good compared to many local thrift stores, and they have recently done some remodeling that has helped to open up the space. One of my critiques would have to be that I feel most items are on average $1 over-priced across the board (just my personal opinion). For instance, a pair of lone, unmatched toddler pajama pants were $3.98 when I was looking yesterday. Seems a little steep given you can get a brand-new complete set for $9 or $10 at Old Navy or Carter's.

This Goodwill is a great place to find clothes! They have week long sales for 50% off certain colored tags that applies both to clothes and their home section. The staff is always super friendly! Their sections are sorted by color rather than item type which can be a little bit inconvenient if you're looking for a particular clothing type, but overall this is an amazing Goodwill with great prices!

I stopped by this Goodwill last week in search of some big bowls. I walked out with some plates,…read morebowls, and some vinyl records. The employee's don't really seem to be that much. I saw a handful of employees and none of them had a smile or seemed happy, so the customer service wasn't necessarily top-notch. The prices are always cheap and reasonable. The conundrum is that when you are looking to get rid of stuff quickly, it's super convenient - you just roll up and someone is there to help you unload your vehicle. Today I ventured in to look for some children's books to fill a free little library my company maintains. The books were .99 each which isn't bad unless you need a whole bunch. The place was actually really crowded for a summer Saturday afternoon. The merchandise was organized well by size, color, holidays, etc. They had many brand new items - for example a full set of sheets for $19.99. However, as I have seen on IG these days, there is a big markup on some items. There was a small Fossil brand purse that was pretty beat up going for $24.99! That would be unheard of back in the day. I'm sure one could find some great buys for cheap but that requires some time commitment sifting thru the stuff. Overall, I'm glad they are here although I donate my most prized items to other places.

I love their colored tag system for discounts - this one is purple for 0.98 and yellow for 50% off. They also have days of the week discounted fir various public servants.
