This non-profit business has stood the test of time being a staple in the community for many years. Inventory is always changing and prices cannot be beat! The woman was honest that she wasn't certain she could fix the India clock, but promised to try. A couple of days later, they texted me to come pick it up. To my surprise, the clock from India was fixed! I was thrilled and full of joy. I'll definitely be back -- I have another clock I want to drop off and see if they can repair. There's too much to write about every interaction, but to highlight: 1. The owner, Walter, is extremely rude, condescending, mean spirited, and unprofessional. He turned every conversation into an argument, and he made vindictive comments, like "now you can tell all your friends you ripped off your local watchmaker" to start off a conversation about price - never a productive starting point. 2. They constantly broke their own standards and promises, which made for a very frustrating experience. Told me they'd call in two weeks, never did, then got angry when I would check in after 3-4 weeks. This happened multiple times. They replaced parts when they told me they would consult me before replacing any part. 3. They told me it would take 2 weeks to service, but they had my Rolex for 6 months, and I had to return it once because they created a new problem after the first servicing. 4. They refused to show me any proof of replaced parts, while claiming they were all Rolex parts. I originally did not plan to write this review, but Walter added one last rude comment as I was leaving, so I wrote this review to spare others of my extremely frustrating and demeaning experience. Avoid this repair shop.

For instance, I saw a medium-sized print of a painting for $99 with a completely broken glass frame. Very disappointing. Also, it's a big store, and could use some additional organization. For instance, the toys are just put on top of the clothing racks and are not categorized by type--stuffed animals are mixed in with helmets. I don't see how any young kid can select their next favorite toy without having to ask an adult for assistance. Even I struggled to find toys for my nephew, who is expecting with his wife, as I'm 5'3" tall and had to go on full relevé to see with the options were. But, the staff was nice--that was a plus.

One thing I will say is that I wish that their shoes are all in one place because their shoes on top of some of the clothing racks and it's just like a little bit annoying that you have to walk around the whole store to find all the shoes. This place has a lot of clothes so come prepared to look through a lot, but they have a very good array of coats and jacket, denim pants, skirts, button down, shirts, sweaters, and then they have a smaller area with like furniture and home goods. The people here also really friendly. The guy at the cash register was super nice and very humorous so I would definitely come back.
