One never knows what to expect when coming back to Haus Fashion Lab.. The owner makes absolutely sure that the store, just as the customer's experience, is continuously evolving. Every time I go back the store seems to have re-invented itself with a new layout or new line of clothing/accessories or newly-acquired vintage items. HFL is fully committed to detail and to providing customers with a vast array of interesting, beautiful objects and personalized service. On one occasion, I witnessed the owner styling (and doing make-up for) a celebrity for a red-carpet event while agreeing to make custom pants for another customer's 12 year old daughter (to match her mother's) while coordinating a fashion shoot going on across the street at Wynwood Walls.... and he still had the time to make each and every customer feel welcomed as he/she walked through the door! I cannot say enough great things about HFL. There is something for everyone... whether you are male/female, young/mature... and whether you can afford to spend $30 or $3000. A common theme among a lot of these locations is that they're placed in heavily populated and easily accessed cities but there's never quite enough parking. I'd say maybe less than 10 spots. So get there early to find parking as you're also going to be sharing spaces with patrons of the thrift store. In the age of Covid, registration isn't done by computer or paper but by the QR barcode hanging from the front door. Scan it, create a Healthvana account if you don't already have one, if you do already have one you'll just login and complete the sexual health questionaire. The in order in which you complete the questionnaire is the order in which you'll be served. Next, you'll check in at the stand up desk next to the counter. They'll ask for initials, not names because truly who wants to hear, "DUANA! YOU'RE HERE TO GET TESTED FOR STD'S RIGHT?! JUST MAKING SURE!!" They'll hand you a card with a number on it and you wait for you number to be called to walk into the clinic. The testing was quick. I didn't have an entire run down/overview of my sexual health history with the medical assistant like I'm accustomed to but that's fine. The MA will give you a cup for a urine sample and you'll place it in the window located in the bathroom and return to the office for them to take your blood. The MA who attended to me was kind, she had a hard time getting the needle into my vein and immediately asked for a second opinion which was great. They decided, "other arm" . My vein surrendered blood with no issue. The process was quick and painless. Between finding this location and leaving. I was in and out in 40 minutes. This is my second review of AHF services and I'm pleased and impressed with every location I go to. The service is free. They never ask you for money. So take advantage and go. It costs nothing to get yourself tested.

It is a consignment shop and things have been 'found' already. You'll pay accordingly. We saw some great, one-of-a-kind art, lamps, large case pieces, wrought iron chandeliers, and a 6' driftwood sculpture that made my mouth water. In addition, the store was clean and didn't give me that "I need to wash my hands' feeling. We spoke with the owners who say that the merchandise turns over rapidly, and we'll definitely keep our finger on the pulse of Midtown Consignment. After all, you never know when that special piece of funk you never knew you wanted is going to show up.

The place isn't so big but, they have a wide variety of pieces to choose from. Clothes, furniture, home decor, jewelry and random knickknacks all around the store. Daniel was able to assist my friend and I and he was the absolute best, he packaged our things in a nice way and helped us out with any questions we had. He made our experience here great!
