Well, after assembling, disassembling, and reassembling it 8 times for moving, the move to Georgia was too much for it. And, the tube threads were stripped. Taking to the only lamp repair place within 30 miles didn't help due to the type of male threads (bushing vs bolt). And, even ordering one from Amazon didn't work, as the side globes didn't seat properly. So, for sure, I thought I'd be getting rid of the entire lamp. But, I kept the shades, and hoped that one day, I'd find a suitable replacement. And, yesterday morning, I did! Yay!While this floor lamp isn't identical to mine, it did suit my needs. Especially, since it'll be put in a corner, the single side bulb is probably a better bet. Even though the lady from yesterday wasn't working, the lady today was just as nice.
