I actually placed my donations in my trunk thinking I would drop them off to another no profit organization besides Goodwill because over the years I've heard stories that Goodwill is no longer pricing items to help customers, but the other place I was thinking about--I didn't know if they were accepting donations this particular day. On my way home, I so happened to go to CVS that is near this Goodwill and saw they were open. It was really cold this day, so I was still going to keep the donations in my car, but upon leaving CVS, I just thought it was ridiculous to keep that stuff in my trunk when the donation center was right there, so I stopped. Really quick drop off was greeted and assisted with my donations and even asked if I wanted a donation receipt. Although I declined, it was nice to extended the choice. Remember this is a donation center, so only donations come here, but it's nice to clean out my garage and make room in my house and bless somebody else with things that no longer serve me purpose.
