I tried it on over my clothing as they don't have a changing room. The top was a bit too baggy on me and the sleeves were kind of short, that was how the sleeves were to be, but still too short for my liking. I looked through all the clothing and sadly didn't find anything that caught my attention. This was a downer as it was our first thrift shop in our week of shopping. I was starting to feel unlucky. Things did pick up over the week and I found lots of great finds at the other thrift stores in the area. Changing rooms- Sadly they don't have any and that kept me from picking out clothing to try on. I believe they have a return policy of some type. You probably just get store credit, that's how most places work, you don't actually get your money back. if you are a frequent shopper here that can work out for you. Since I'm from out of town taking the clothing home and trying it on and trying to return it doesn't really work for me. Bathrooms- I think at one time they allowed patrons to use their restroom, but now it's limited to just employees. Parking- They are part of a strip mall and they have a private parking lot with free parking. There were plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. Monday, July 13, 2026 around Noon. Offerings: Clothing, Shoes, purses, dishes, dog and cat supplies, furniture, suitcases, ect. Dog and Cat Supplies- They have a ton of different Halloween costumes for your furry friend. There are lots of shirts for your furry friend to wear. They have baby gates, crates, food dishes, toys, ect. This is a great place to shop at if you have a furry friend. I wish I knew about this place when my little girl was still around. So sad. My parents love this thrift store. They come here on a regular basis. My parents are volunteers at Joybound and get their employee discount. I on the other hand wasn't impressed. Unless i get a new furry friend I probably won't come back on my own.

I have been shopping there for 3 years. Today there was a different cashier who charged me 4 items when I had 3 and told me she cannot refund me despite her mistake. She was the store manager, nice, but still. This is done purposefully. It has happened too many times to be a coincidence. Another way to boost revenue is to charge men prices for kids items. I don't have to be treated that way. I am a custimer and I have donated dozen of bags of items over the years. Will go to Savers instead.

This is a smaller thrift shop, but it's neat, well organized. They also have a "curated" section,…read morebut I feel like the whole shop is curated. The "curated" section is more so designer brands. You can see that the staff are sorting in the back and many of the items here are high quality. There are some decent brands in the mix. Prices are overall reasonable, and they had some discounts going on. They seem to discount by color tags, and they actually take those items out and put them in a specific section so you're not hunting for those sales like many other thrift shops. There are three fitting rooms in the back that are covered with curtains. You can sign up for their membership with your contact to earn points on purchases and get notified for their sales, as well. Staff were also very friendly. Parking lot was decently sized, but if you come later, it may be a bit more challenging to find parking (some spots are designated for a nearby business and some are 15 minute only spots).

From the second we walked in, we were followed around the store like criminals. Every aisle, every turn, someone was right there watching us. It was relentless and humiliating. I noticed we were the only people of color in the place, and the way we were treated made it pretty clear what was going on. So I put back everything I'd picked out and walked out. I came a…read morecouple months ago to drop some things off how I have always done and got yelled at to come park around the side so I did that and then another coworker came charging out and yelling at me telling me to park somewhere else so they really should get their shit together and then I go today to drop off things and the one guy tells me where to park after I asked. He was super polite not a big deal another guy comes out tells me to park somewhere different tells me to do a U-turn tells me to then back in and then park a different way. It should be a quick drive-through drop your stuff off and keep going every employee tells me something different every single time I come it's fucking bullshit and unprofessional as fuck get it the fuck together. I also wasn't even going to say anything because I understand that people have off days but the fact that it's happened again in a short period of time I'm over it they need to have an attitude check and learn how to deal with people who are coming and graciously donating their stuff so I will no longer be coming here because I feel super uncomfortable every single time that I've come lately since I get yelled at every single time. this is absolutely not OK.

It provides scholarships, internships and career development for the young people. I had been here once before last year, but I came a few minutes before closing so I didn't get a chance to see everything. I came back last week and this time I got a good look around. I didn't realize that this place is huge! They have several rooms that are all organized by different themes. They have a room for dining/kitchenware, children, men's, women's, holiday items, etc. my favorite were the two Christmas rooms in the back! It was only June, but it definitely put me in the holiday spirit! I got two Christmas items for a cheap deal! Only totaling me $5! Can't wait to come back again!

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. When you are dropping off donations- it's smart to come earlier in the day as they will often have the back door closed saying they are full for donations or are not taking clothes and shoes that day. You will have a better chance of being able to drop off your items early. If you have bigger items- best to call ahead to see if they have space for them. They do have some large trucks and will pick up donations as well. I love how involved in the community they are. They partnered with Concord Feed and had a Pet Party where they hosted Contra Costa Animal Services- 6 dogs came out to represent the shelter. 2 families bought their cat supplies at the thrift store and the Concord Feed- then went to the shelter that day to adopt cats. All the dogs had interest at the event- and several found homes.
