Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They offered me a solution within minutes. (Despite the fact that the store was busy). Not only did they match a local competitor's price, they served me even better by providing a washer in-house rather than having to wait a day or so for a product from their Altavista location. And this particular item was a better, higher quality product for an unbeatable price! You owe it to yourself to visit this LOCAL appliance store and allow Conner, Lucas and/or John to assist you in your next purchase. Upstanding young entrepreneurs offering quality products and service. Thank you gentlemen for helping out the veterans at American Legion Post 16!

Haley Service department would come look for fee, but if it was compressor they don't work on them. ??What?? Found someone else to look at it and repaired it and could have been that ice maker in freezer was turned on the whole time. Was not hitch up to provide ice. That was clicking noise I kept hearing and may? have been why compressor died.? Also Whirlpool was of no help except to sell me an extended warranty thru another company! I would NOT buy from Haley's again or buy Whirlpool!

Bailey Spencer is located directly across from the farmers market in old downtown Lynchburg. I gave…read morethis location four stars because of the unique merchandise that he carries. Not only can you find new products, but there are over 500 old doors and door knobs and fireplace mantles and most anything else you can think of. Whatever you do, do not stop at the first floor. When you go upstairs to the second floor you'll find a plethora of doors and mantles. Then when you go upstairs to the third floor, (which does look dark and not necessarily inviting) there you'll find an artisan working in his corner shop creating Stainglass windows. We spent at least at least 20 minutes talking with him about his trade. It was fascinating and quite a gem to fine. Be sure to take in the structure of the building on the third floor. Happy hunting!
