This may sound strange but what really grossed me out was the inside of the restroom door itself - it was filthy and didn't look like it had been wiped down in quite a while, the light switch needed a wipe down too and the sink needed a good scrubbing. Such a strange thing but still bothers me to this day (6 days later).
