So I called and they took my name so they would make sure they were ready in the morning when they opened. They called me as they were printing them tonight. I stopped by and they showed me the ones printed with a little white on the top. The manager so kindly edited the business cards and they printed the new ones. The kind man printed all of them and I just had to sign and will have them to hand out tomorrow for welcome week for GCU. I highly recommend this Staples staff with any printing needs.

I was extremely grateful to finally find a company that actually repairs desk chairs. They were very quick and courteous while fixing my chair. While I waited, I looked at other furniture they had for sale and actually ended up buying another office chair. The man who helped repair my chair threw the repair in for free because I bought a new office chair which was very nice of him. I recently moved from Los Angeles, CA and had to return the Spectrum Internet modem. Spectrum has a program setup with UPS that allows you to return equipment free of charge for shipping and packaging. But since Phoenix is serviced by Cox cable I figured this would be an odd request. They lived up to their reputation. I explained to them the situation and they figured out what needed to be done in a relatively short time and I was on my way. I complimented them on their great job and that they were the only UPS store with a high rating in the area. Will definitely go there for all my shipping needs.

The young gentlemen who were working at this location before the remodel were not working up front that I could see...bummer. They were super helpful courteous and kind. The young lady who was a newer employee seemed bothered, rushed and didn't want to take the time with me or my Amazon return and told me to step aside when I got to the front of the line/cash register, since I had to take 45 seconds to do the return on the app. Seriously?! If you're going to have this service and have me wait in line with my packages and then expect me to be able to go on the app when my hands are full, the nice thing to do would be to be pleasant and kind and maybe have a conversation and be courteous??? Just an idea! People do not mind waiting, they too are most likely going to have to do the same. It's not about rushing people out and through the transaction in addition to not having any patience and kindness with your patrons. Or, maybe it is? Customers are your business...without them, you don't exist. May I suggest some additional customer service training for your newer employees. Most importantly this young lady!

Relax the Back had a somewhat mind-boggling array of lumbar supports, as well as a friendly freshly-scrubbed guy ready to help me pick one out. Five minutes later, I left with a very nice item -- nice and quick, no muss, no fuss. Fabulous! I'm only taking one star off because the stuff is somewhat pricey, but since the products actually work the way they're supposed to, it's worth it. Ahhh.....

Understanding the cleanliness issue, it would still have been nice to have notice that buying the $200 pillow was a final sale. Today the salesperson told me I should have received an invoice that had this printed on it. I only received the receipt (which did not indicate a final sale). Posting as a warning to others, you may not want to buy a pillow here if you are not sure that it is exactly what you want. Buyer beware.
