Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. I wish them all the success they deserve and highly recommend Autocon for your auto servicing needs.

Extremely disappointing experience. I brought my F250 to this shop for work that should have taken…read morearound 4 days, but they ended up keeping it for over a month. After waiting all that time, I finally picked the truck up, only for it to break down shortly afterward (within 15 miles) and have to be towed back to the shop. After they worked on it again, I picked it up a second time, and it broke down AGAIN (within 1 mile), requiring another tow back to their shop. Then to finally get it back, with the reason it went there in the first place, not being installed correctly. There is now diesel leaking from the hole they drilled in my tank, as well as the fuel tank hanger, hanging down, causing stress to the tank. The only thing I would say this shop did correctly, was replace my wheel liner after they installed it incorrectly in the first place, causing it to get run over. On top of everything else, my truck was left unlocked while it was in their possession. Leaving a customer's vehicle unsecured is completely unacceptable and only added to my concerns about how my truck was being handled while it was there. Having my truck for over a month for a job that should have taken a few days was already frustrating. Having it break down twice after picking it up, paying the price in lost time and dealing with two separate tows back to the shop, made the situation even worse. Reading the wonderful reviews, I was hopeful. I paid over $4,000 in labor for things not to be done correctly, two separate tow bills back to the shop and now having to pay another shop to fix ALL of their mess ups. After having the truck for that long, I expected the work to be completed correctly and the vehicle to be properly cared for while in their possession. Based on my experience, neither happened. I would not recommend this shop.

I called AAA and was told no tows for trikes available and to call around. No joke!! I called everyone and their uncles. Finally got a referal and Carl of C& L Performance, inc. He said he would be right there to load our bike and flatbed us the 75 miles to Tifton. Carl was there in 15 minutes, he loaded the bike and us and brought us to our rig in Tifton with cheerful light conversation. Micheal responded to me on a Sunday and set up an appointment for him to come to me the following day. He worked with my schedule and coordinated with a local shop to have the replacement bearing pressed in. In addition, he replaced all brake rotors and pads. He is respectful and handled himself professionally. He completed the job in my own garage as if I took the vehicle to a "brick and mortar shop". His prices are extremely reasonable. Most importantly, I respect his work ethic and a commitment to meet my expectations and needs as a customer. I will hire him again.
